The people who work here suck. Add random toppings that you didn’t ask for to your burgers, don’t take off the toppings you ask them to, forget items, and you end up waiting a half hour for an order that’s entirely wrong just to wait another half hour on them to fix it. Don’t come

This location should be WEST PALMER ST. Being VERY BUSY AFTER 5pm for big families! I’ve went grocery shopping then ARRIVING HERE DUE TO TIRED OF SHOPPING/NOT WANTING TO COOK. lol I’ve also witness multiple times by far ten/15 vehicles parked here plus MOVING IN DRIVE THRU LINE. Family owned businesses THEN STAFF ON THE SPOT WELCOMING CUSTOMERS & ENDING WITH A GREAT EVENING!! My point I’ve been here TWICE seen drive thru employees WITH ALL SMILES CARRYING heavy traffic in and out the restaurant. Cats packed REMEMBER THOUGH THEY MOVE EVER 2 minutes so it’s worth every Penny stopping here for dinner!!

Back in my hometown for the weekend and picked up my Grandfather’s favorite! I thought I would go inside and skip the drive thru. The atmosphere in this location is was so nice, clean, and different from any location I have been inside before! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I overheard Ms. D encouring her team members and realized the importance of a leader in each store! I’ll bring my Grandfather inside to eat next time!

The service at night is pathetic. Rude employees who act so pressed you dare ask them for the drink you paid for that they forgot.

The staff was slow and unfamiliar with what to do unless the manager on duty was assisting or directing. She definitely had her hands full and was busy with multiple things at one time. Perhaps after further training things will run more smoothly and efficiently.

I ordered a strawberry shake there was plastic shards in and on the lid of the cup I ask them to remake it the lady throws the shake away and makes me a new one she calls me a idiot as I was driving off I wasn't rude to her or anything if she didn't want to make the shake I could have gotten my money back
