Made the mistake of wearing flip flops today because it was warm. Pump #10 leaked all over my hand and legs. Went inside to the bathroom to wash off because the hand sanitizer was out….no soap. Last time I ever pump gas again at this POS station.

This store is among the worst 7/11s I’ve ever been to. The cashiers are incredibly slow while the one up the road, has guys who fly through transactions to get you in and out. Here, they will have 20 people in line and stop to cook hot dogs and whatever else they serve; leaving customers just waiting. Terrible.

Siempre revisa tu cambio estás ratas siempre están tratando de cobrar más de lo que es incluso cuando te dan el recibo /Always check your change or always ask for a receipt when paying by card, these thieves are just waiting for you to be careless to charge you more than it really is. I'm telling you from experience the 7eleven always do that.

Probably some of the rudest workers I’ve ever met. Also they don’t have all of their cup sizes out and don’t listen to customers when they try to explain they want a smaller cup. Instead of giving her the smaller cup forcing her to pay and then laughing at her once she had left.

Was super sarcastic and smart while trying to purchase things I couldn' have easily Bought before hand or at this locations. This is my go to gas station and I will never stop again.

I walk in because i have an order and im already super late from getting it. Yet they just started the order when i arrived and this is an easy order i waited 30mins to get the order. Very disappointing that this happens all the time. Please focus on the customers.

Tonite approx 620pm the guy with a buzz cut on the register needs to have a talking to about customer service. I asked for a bag because I couldn't carry everything I had just purchased in my hands and he gave me a serious attitude like I was a problem for just asking for a bag. Really unprofessional. He was on the register closest to the window if that helps management track him down. Not trying to get him in trouble. He just really needs to have a attitude adjustment while at work in a customer service roll...

The cashier named Zulalem, or something like that, was very rude to me for no reason. I informed him I was wanting to fill up at the pump but got notified to see cashier. I told him I wanted to fill my tank and he raised his voice shouting “how much?! How much?!” and kept interrupting me for no reason. Not sure what his problem was so I just walked off before things could escalate any further.
