This was a disappointing customer service experience. I was overcharged, paying $50 instead of the correct amount of $44.45, and I have not yet received a refund of $5.36. It seems that Google Pay will only issue a refund if the business processes it.

An employee from this location called my phone, they werevery abrasive and rude. They wanted to know who I was and were confrontational regarding it. i did not call them, have never called them, imagine it was a wrong number however I asked the same question of them. A simple ‘you called me, who is this’ and got hung up on. When I returned the call I was hung up on again.
I will not ever stop at this gas station due to how I was treated when THEY called me, can only imagine the disrespect you receive if there in person.

Don’t buy pizza slices here. They cut their pizza in 1/10s and have you pay for a 1/8th slice. If you don’t understand fractions, it means you’re getting less then what you’re paying for.

The cashier a female (hidpanic) harrassed my husband for the last time.
She called him names refused to provide him the right amount of change or receipt. My husband called the police as things kept getting out of control and he just wanted his change and a copy of a receipt the female asked for him to get him criminally traspassed.
In other ocassion she had been rude to me and him and out of the convenience of the gas station being close to home we kept going but at this point visiting this store is no longer an option all because of an unhinged rude and racist employee. Many of the reviews here have already singled her out. She needs training and more than anything she needs to be fired. She wants to steal money, conceal charges and treat people like garbage. GET HELP. We are planning on suing.

Max the cashier was very rude and took her frustration out on me. Please provide professional interaction training. Seemed to be racially movitiated. Please review your cameras around 3:35pm 7/9/23 to review her interactions with customers. I will never patronize this 7-11.

Poor customer service!!! I asked the 2 guys if they could help me with the air machine and they just shook their heads saying no sorry. Luckily TC Tire shop near by sent a guy to help me with an air compressor. Never getting gas at this location again!

Max is such a sweet, jolly, and friendly cashier. He was putting a smile on everyone's face in the station. I'll be coming here often. Close to home, stocked, friendly staff, and clean! Would recommend !
