This location was so convenient to go to verses going to the Airport. Pricing was also great! When I arrived, Mohammed was welcoming & kind. He checked me in & also assisted me with my upgrade, as I needed a larger vehicle than I expected. There was one available & I loved it! Very pleased with the location, service & vehicle options. I was in & out! This will be my preferred Avis location!

This location is terrible. I have never been a part of customer service like this location. The ladies working at this location do not care if you do business there or not. We arrived at 1:08 and the closed sign was still up. They open at 1 pm on Sundays at this location. When we mentioned we were there to pick up a vehicle we had reserved, one of the ladies became very vocal and irate at us. We were told they do not have a vehicle. They did not ask our name, reservation information, or tried to help in any way. I asked for the customer service or corporate phone number and they refused to give me the number and told me I could look it up on Google. One of the ladies told me that I could tell corporate that she said this as well. I suggest you stay away from this location. You might want to look for another company in general. The photo attached is the lady that became irate and would not help at all. There was another employee that did not help at first and after 30 minutes told us they would not have a vehicle until Tuesday. Both of the ladies would not give me the phone numbers I requested.
By the way, I did find another place that was honest, courteous, and treated people with respect. You can see by the response from this company the type of treatment you will receive. They think they are doing you a favor.

The staff is super helpful and professional. They went out of the way to find a car for someone in my family, calling us multiple times with options. While renting, they explained everything about the options. I have rented several cars across different states throughout USA and i could tell that the representatives managing this particular location were one of the best i have experienced

Staff friendly, but maybe under staffed. Had to wait an extra 1.5 hrs after my reservation time. No worries as they called me to let me know. Had a mid size but nothing fancy car for a week. I am only giving 3 stars as there is nothing budget about their $733.99 bill. Next time I will book a rental through Priceline.

Terrible customer service. I showed up to pick my car up and was told, they couldn't let me rent the car with my temporary Texas license which is a valid license. Went to the airport location and it was literally no problem. The agent on the phone said it was fine but they still would let me pick up my reserved car. I asked if they could call someone and they refused. They were super rude about me even suggesting they speak to someone.

Reserved and didn't get the car. After 2 hours, I was told I can get a beat up car. It took an half hour to get the car ready. I told them I'll come back next day. Next day , it took forever to get the car. Later I was charged extra fees for returning car half hour late even though they took hours to get car ready.

Signed up to be a preferred member, booked a week long rental for the holidays. Was told the location I booked at was out of inventory but if I drove 40min away to safe they would honor my reservation. I arrive to be told the rates don’t match so I would have to cancel my reservation(losing money) and rebook with them. Not receiving my refund on the original reservation for 3-10 business days. Now I’m am out money and time. Stuck scrambling for the holidays. This wasn’t a third party reservation so why it couldn’t be honored is beyond me.

I reserved a car for 8 am. When I arrived, I was told it wouldn't be available until 9:30. I went to work, called at 4:30, and was told the car was still reserved and to pick it up before 6 pm. When I arrived, I was told they were out of vehicles, and they gave the car away.

I traveled to texas for a surgery and needed a car, looked at several places near my hotel or airport but was skeptical by the reviews at other places. I just wanted an easy car rental experience with no issues. I decided to use this location and was pleased with my experience everything went smoothly and even extended my car rental with no hassle. The car was clean and service was good.

5 people behind the desk, mostly kids, all on their phones...finally an adult comes out and takes charge.Suggestions: train on customer service engagement, and walk your renters out to their cars, show them all the car's accessories as some of us have Older vehicles, so when we get into a new car with all the bells and whistles...I took 10 minutes to find where and how to turn things off and on.Customer service poor, prices too high, but really nice SUV!
