When I arrived, I did not have all the paperwork needed and John was still very helpful and explained that I would be able to upload the documents at a later time for him to review. After I had the documents uploaded, he was able to complete and submit my taxes within an hour or two, and everything was very seamless and easy! I was introduced to the Wucinski family some time ago, and this year I decided to finally call and get my appointment scheduled with Lauren as this year was a bit more complicated than others in terms of my return. Lauren took me from A-Z in no more than 20 minutes.
