“I visited at 9 AM on 5/23. I paid at Bay #3 using the Coinless app, but the machine did not work. So I moved to Bay #2 and tried again, but the machine still did not work there either. I was charged $2.50 twice. Very disappointing.
* Oh, I see. Usually when something like that happens, the bay is blocked off so cars can’t enter, but this time it was left open, so I had no way of knowing. Thank you for the quick response. I’ll visit again next time.”

“Good wash, but not good with membership. Main Corp issue: I was regular member for years, upgraded to next level 3 months ago, yet no one has been doing my tires like I pay for. Plus, no way to email management of the problem.”
