Had the worst experience with Anita.I was a victim of my account being compromised. I came to ask for help at the branch, (because the customer service Line was no help at all) and Anita the branch manager was no help at all!She was explaining my situation and account to me but, made me feel so low and so stupid. I’ve never experience feeling this way at a Bank.I have a family emergency that I need to be able to have access to my money and Chase is not being helpful at all.

I have been to this chase bank couple of times and everytime their hospitality was awesome, I have met Karina Cuenca for my appointment, she was very friendly and helpful, she has setup my account in minutes and explained everything very clearly!!

This branch has one of the nicest employees I've ever met. Amy the teller is fantastic! I came with my parents who had multiple requests and she addressed all of them while being extremely polite and courteous. She also went above and beyond to try and speak with my parents in Vietnamese even though I was doing the translating. I never review banks but felt I had to because of this single interaction with Amy.

Beware: Charges erroneous fees and will not refund.Current (leaving) chase customer. This complaint is against the company, not the branch, as the branch employees have always been perfectly polite. The company however erroneously rejected a wire transfer then charged the sender a large fee anyway. They acknowledge they don't know why the wire was rejected, but absolutely refuse to discuss returning the fee. Also transferred me to a 'verification' system a few times that does not work and then hangs up on you, refused to transfer me to someone who knew the procedure for getting back an erroneously charged fee to a non-chase customer, and in general wasted my time.Look for another bank, one that will not require you to engage with agencies such as the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and BBB.

Current Chase customer. Called the branch to ask a simple question. Had to listen to 5 minutes of automated messages just to be disconnected because no one answered the phone. Horrible service.

Wow. It should never take 27 minutes to do a deposit that was already counted. I use to work at a bank for many years and it would have been inexcusable then! Count on being at this bank 40 minutes whether you’re inside or out. Bad service.

The worst place to bank. The manger Anita sharma is awful and rude. Super sarcastic to her workers. She was not able to help me and turned me away referencing me to call a number when I have already called and was told to come to a branch. This branch was the closest one to me. I will never bank at this location again.

I was shocked to see why I was being charged a monthly fee, so I went to this Chase to ask some questions and to take money out. Anita was very helpful and I appreciate her removing that monthly fee and giving me back my money. Even though the monthly fee wasn't a huge amount, to someone like me every penny matters and being able to receive my money back was a great relief :) Thank you!

I was in an absolute pickle after I ended things with my ex who was spending money on a joint account, Anita (sorry if that’s misspelled) was so helpful every step of the way, on removing me off the account. She’s absolutely wonderful. :) This branch in general is always great at what they do. Very friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience with the customer service was great Sarah was very nice and had a positive attitude helped me with everything I needed and got me though it the manager was very helpful on helping me open a saving account thank you guys
