“One of the best food pantries in Plano. Super convenient and helpful. You just pull up and show them your ticket. Park the car and get in line, their volunteers then wheel the food out for you(2 week supply) and help you load the car. Very nice people and you can that they genuinely want to help the community. Thanks!”
“This is Hands Down the GREATEST Chamber of Commerce I have ever been a part of! The Leadership under Mr. Tony Felker is 1st Class. The Thursday Morning meetings are SO Fun, and such Incredible people! I would highly recommend the Frisco Chamber of Commerce to anyone!”
“For anyone not familiar with Toastmasters, these clubs offer valuable practice in the art of public speaking, whether it’s applied to the corporate world, social occasions or simply to boost your self-confidence. There are a variety of speech programs to follow that cater to whatever your needs or interests are: leadership, motivational strategies, persuasive influence, engaging humor, etc. And learning how to craft and deliver a short 5-7 minute speech isn’t the only benefit: weekly meetings also include impromptu speaking, listening skills, vocabulary enrichment and evaluations of those who present a speech in any given meeting.
TNT Toastmasters club in Addison is friendly, supportive, encouraging and a lot of fun!! I have only been a member of this club for six months, and have loved getting to know the amazing variety of people from all walks of life.”
“(Translated by Google) I have been able to see the Love of Christ in each person who attends to us. God bless this Church for all the effort they make with cold, with heat. Thank you very much!!(Original)He podido ver el Amor de Cristo en cada persona que nos atienden. Dios bendiga ésta Iglesia por todo el esfuerzo que hacen con frío, con calor.Muchísimas Gracias!!”
“My son's wish was granted and was a dream come true he was the happiest he could ever be as well for my family. Thank you for letting a beautiful, fun and loving memory locked in his mind that he will never forget.”
“Amazing inclusive gym for athletes of all types. Helped me find myself and my purpose in life again. I highly suggest everyone should come check it out for their sweatiest hour on the first Friday of every month.”
“Picturesque Downtown Carrollton, ideal for a quick and special tour for some photo, video and boomerang sessions, alone or accompanied by family or friends or lovers and even with pets.”
“Huge fan of the Plano Chamber of Commerce. Even if you don't reside in Plano, you can still join and enjoy the supportive community. As an entrepreneur (and immigrant) I didn't realize how helpful the Chamber can be for my business so I highly recommend it.”
“Our speaker today was Superintendent Lori Rapp from LISD. It is a great and progressive school district and offers many things to help our youth get a good start in adulthood.!”
“Phenomenal YMCA - staff are incredibly kind, supportive and understanding of unique circumstances. The facilities are clean and provide exactly what’s needed to maintain and improve your fitness. Will always recommend and utilize this location before any other gym when in the area.”
“This place is great! They got me and my partner a very reasonable rate for counseling. They use a sliding scale now based off your income. So if you can truly only afford 20 dollars per session then that’s what they give you, for the same service as the full price. Both of our counselors have been great for us but they will also try their best to get you a better fit if it’s not working for you. The intake system can take some time, I think I waited a couple of months from the time I called to the time I started, so maybe not great if you need a therapist today. But if you can wait a bit this is an amazing service! If you don’t hear anything for a while after your intake interview, you can call and see your place on the waiting list. They do have a limited amount of counselors who seem to be very busy so patience is virtue. If you can wait and think you can’t afford any help, please check out this resource! It could save your life.”
“I had a wonderful experience donating my living room furniture that I recently purchased. I’ll be moving far and it didn’t make sense for me to take so much. I love the fact that it will be going to a family this holiday season.”
“Ok, girls scout is just a fun thing to get into if you are a girl!!!I went in this store and left like a kid shopping for my girls in 3 different troops! They have everything for my kids plus more!So fun going and picking!!Will come back!”
“We have truly been so happy with our foster experience at Bair! We had an incredible Recruiter, Yancy! She stayed on-top of the workload and helped us through every phase of the journey! Our Director John, has been amazing to work with! He reaches out to our family often just to check in, they are very thorough with their paperwork, trainings, and placements!! We highly recommend Bair! It’s been an overall great experience!”
“This YMCA is absolutely amazing! I drop my kids off in the childcare and go workout. Every staff member here is so kind and helpful, and the facilities are kept very clean. The classes are excellent. Ive already recruited two friends to join, too because it’s so great!”
“Went to drop off some glassware and plates. The two gentlemen that greeted us to help grab the items were super nice and polite. The best goodwill experience I have ever had. I hope this review gets to them and they are encouraged to keep doing the small things to brighten the days of those who come to their store.”
“I love Thrift Giant. I have found some really nice clothes there, things I couldn’t afford at full price. The cashiers are very nice and there is a very large selection. Everything is nicely organized.”

“I went there yesterday to foster a dog. The dogs name was Romy. The worker there was so helpful. She let us in, she let us look at the other dogs. 10/10 would recommend”
“Frisco resale is such a fun, clean place to thrift for just about anything! For those that complained about selection- it’s a thrift store. Things constantly change. Some days I walk out with several huge bags and others I leave empty handed. That’s just how it goes with thrifting! I’ve been going here for the last 12 years and they have always been super friendly, organized, and clean!! The best part is their point system- earn enough points and your grand total might be $0 if you shop enough!! Dropping off donations is super easy too. They give you a donation slip for tax deductions if you need one!”
“Amazing place! Great outreach! I went on the bus a couple times last summer. We made soup, put together hygiene packs and went on street outreach. It was eye opening and life changing. I found my niche and now I work with MR doing a variety things. Come join us on the bus! We go out every Fri and Sat from 8:30 to 2:00, working to meet the needs of our homeless neighbors.”
