Wait times here vary, but overall I've had good experiences and had to write a good review after this last visit. I went in for a flu shot and must have been in and out in about 5 minutes. I got set up at the drop-off counter and the vaxxer dude came out to give me my shot almost immediately after I checked in. I get a flu shot annually and this may have been my least painful one ever - and they're not normally painful anyway. But I literally had to ask him if he'd given it, because it didn't feel like he had. Done and done, quick and painless, friendly folks. #winning

I had a prescription sent to this location 1/17/22 for recent migraines I've been experiencing. I show up to the CVS and a pharmacist tells me that it's pending on doctors approval. I call the Emergency center after a couple of weeks (noticing it's still in pending) and speak with a nurse to let her know that CVS is still waiting on approval. The nurse calls the pharmacy and finds out that this whole time CVS has my prescription on backorder, so she recommends to down the dosage so that I can get my prescription by same day. The pharmacist she talked to said \\\"she was typing this in as we speak\\\" to update my prescription. I call CVS to request status of my prescription and a lady named Beltram looks up my account. She then RUDELY tells me she has nothing on record and that she's been working all day and nobody had called her. I insisted her that someone had called today and she laughed saying, Doctors say things all the time.\\\" First off, don't treat me like I'm making false accusations. How about trying to help out the customer who needs their meds instead of attacking them with the most uncalled for, disrespectful attitude. I then go off on her for talking to me like that, snapped back, and asked her if she was the only one working today? She then says sarcastically, \\\"Do you want to speak to someone else?\\\" and then rudely puts me on hold for a good five minutes. Another pharmacist answers. Turns out this was the pharmacist who spoke to my nurse earlier from today. I have worked in the customer service industry before for over 9 years and I know from experience this is the spit in your face type of service that customers do NOT appreciate. Thus ending up on a bad review on your companies record with a demand from myself for something to be done!

This is my current local pharmacy, and the pharmacy was helpful in finding a coupon for my daughters Generic Epipen shot coupon. If you don't mind me saying, CVS please in the future have employees assist your customers find their coupons on their own app. This will help with your clientele, and spread your apps effectiveness for every customer you add to the system.

The pharmacy drive thru might be the slowest in the nation. I've waited in line about 25 minutes before. I understand there is a shortage of employees but man, the past 6 months going to this location has been brutal. I think I'll transfer to getting my prescriptions mailed to me. Unbearable.

The employees at this location are AWESOME!! I went in today for the cvs brand mens deodorant. The last time I bought it at a a different location it was on closeout so I figured there might be a new label. After searching the aisle I couldn't see the cvs brand. I approached the counter and Nicki was all smiles asking how she could help. I explained what I was looking for and she knew right away the brand was a discontinued item. Even though she wasn't sure if it was a clear, solid or white stick, she briskly walked to that aisle and offered to find a similar item. I had to explain that I sprained my ankle days ago and I was lagging behind her lead. By the time l got there she had already found a replacement that was a stronger strength. There were different 2 diferent scents and she took the time to smell both and gave me her honest opinion . The scented one was a bit feminine she said, but the non scented wasn't. She was spot on. You don't get any better customer service than what she provided with a GREAT attitude and personality. I only hope CVS appreciates and acknowledges employees like this. I have worked right next door to another CVS location for 6 years and have never get customer service as I did today

Pharmacy is horrible. I've been going to CVS exclusively to fill prescriptions for years and recently moved to The Colony. This one is right down the street from my home which is a pity since I will never step foot in it again. First I'm told the wrong pharmacy hours. Then I'm told my prescription wasn't at that pharmacy, sending me on a two day wild goose chase. Then upon return a few days later, have me wait a good five minutes for assistance. One pharmacist comes to help me and the phone rings, he walks away to answer it and a faster pharmacist walks up and attends to every single other person in line behind me. One of which had just strolled up. Be professional, know your store, help your customers, don't answer the phone when someone's been waiting for several minutes just to get a hi and then help every other person after her. Left frustrated but happy since I like Kroger as a grocery store and gas station anyway. KROGER WILL BE FILLING MY PRESCRIPTIONS NOW.

On numerous occasion's this pharmacy has messed up my electronic prescriptions from my doctor and had to get new ones.... The staff is very annoying and does not want to take the time to help you! The older gentleman who is the manager is very unfriendly.... I am looking for a new pharmacy

As far as I am concerned, they rate more stars than just 5, many, many more. Courteous and professional and personal in. Every way.

So sad how down hill this store has gone.. It used to be a great place to shop.. Customer Service was excellent always happy to assist in any way possible.. Ever since they change management it has gotten worse and worse.. I was in the impression that you could exchange something that you bought at another cvs but apparently they don't want to take up the loss which how is that relevant to the customer, manager keep sending me back to the cvs I purchased at which I wasn't going to drive 15 mins when they are only 2 mins away.. they don't have anything on the shells and I stated that they didn't have anything he got mad saying that he had been working 18 hrs straight well you could not have tell since the store is a big big mess. How sad how one person with no management experience could thrown away a nice store. Im glad there are other cvs around that would take a "lose" any given day.. Will not come back unless to return stuff..

This particular pharmacy is the fastest pharmacy in the Colony and by far the fastest CVS I have ever used. The CVS at Main St and N. Colony is so fast that I have always been in and out in less than five minutes. When I hand delivered a prescription I asked how long and was told about 15 minutes. I went to sit down and they called me before I was completely seated. I transferred all my prescriptions to them after that. I don't know how the drug prices compare to other pharmacies because I have good insurance. I highly recommend this pharmacy. The store itself has a good selection and some of their sales rival Walmart prices.
