I honestly wish I could give this store negative stars the pharmacy customer service is THAT Bad. I called and spoke with the DM after they "lost" another rx I had. I am absolutely sure that the DM spoke with the team since the level of disrespect crossed the line so far that they actually told me itr was my dr's fault and to stop bothering them. I truly cannot remember the last time that anyone, let alone a store at which I was a customer, spoke that aggressively towards me. Horrible.

Madu at pharmacy is very rude never have I had to be forced to get off the car to get an order for shipt and for no reason she told me to do that even though I had multiple orders and this is my fulltime job. She said she didn't care if I put a bad review for her being rude. Don't come here!

The cvs located on S Colony Blvd is always clean. Staff are very friendly. Pharmacy responds quick. Dylan was so kind, friendly and he took time to help us check out. Educated us about the products and cvs members benefits. Thank you Dylan. Always love this cvs pharmacy

I've gone to a handful of CVS's during my times as a couponer and I can say that this is sort of just like any other pharmacy. I haven't faced any negativity here - the staff are very friendly and they do want to help you with your concerns. Things that they don't understand, they'll happily navigate you towards calling their corporate number. One of the biggest things to couponing here is to know the store's couponing policy - don't ever go into a store and try to finesse their system. Not only is it morally/ethically wrong but you're not going to get anywhere with it/get any good deals. Get on the good side of the people working at the store and they will help you out to the best of their ability to get the deals you want. Aside from couponing, the store is clean and well stocked with most of the essential items that you would want to find in a pharmacy. Prices are high but try to check out the coupons that they have in their app!

The pharmacy is horrendous, or maybe they don't care about the people in the drive thru. Came to the drive thru today at 12:14, by 12:50 I still had not been helped, just sitting trying to be patient as I watched numerous cars behind me give up and drive off. Finally I had to leave. This is not the first time I've sat and blown time at the drive thru, but it will definitely be the last. If you value your time and good customer service, DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!

This CVS is one of the worst I've ever had experiences with. Both front store and especially pharmacy are lacking in so many ways. Avoid during covid testing as the lines can wrap the building. There is always an issue in pharmacy from being given the wrong prescription, wrong medicine and the wait time is terrible. Some of the staff is kind and others are very unprofessional and ill informed. Check all the dates before you check out at there's expired items all over the store.

The same holds true today 4 years after I wrote the first review of CVS. not the least expensive but the service is top notch at South Colony and Paige thanks to Phuong- the pharmacist! She knows what she's doing. Always friendly the customers and fast and efficient!!

My 7 year old has the Flu. So I decided to go thru the drive through instead of going inside to get his medication and possibly infecting everyone in there. CVS advertise that you can pick up over the counter medicines like children's tylenol thru the drive through. So I asked for Tylenol and the lady told me that they dont restock and I can get it in the store. I then asked for the CVS brand and she again told me that they didnt restock. Well so much there advertising of convenience

When presenting a coupon for a lower prescription price at a competitor they should honor it. According to other pharmacies CVS takes several hours to process a transfer so your prescription is trapped at this CVS. I would recommend NOT using this CVS!
