Dent Doc Paul has repaired my Maserati twice. First time was door dings and 2nd time was a dent & scratched on my rear quarter panel. The work was excellent and done at a fraction of the cost of the franchise body shop estimate. This guy is the real deal!

Dent Doc Paul did an axcellent job on two different occasions on my Maserati. The 1st was for door dings and scratches and the 2nd was for a dent and scratches in the rear quarter panel. Paul did an excellent job at a fraction of the cost of the Franchise Body Shop Estimate. The car looks brand new!

I used dent doc (Paul) around 2 months ago and had a wonderful experience. I had a bird nest drop on my car and ruin my quarter panel paint. I took my car to a detailed and they messed the paint up even more. I found myself stuck not knowing where to go or what to do. When I found dent doc and saw he was down the street I called and had a time picked out for the next day. I pulled up to his place and he saw the car and how bad it was. He took some pictures and inspected it. He then told me he might be able to fix it but his friend would be a better fit. He sent me to his friend who I drove right to after the meeting and his friend brian worked his magic. My car was ready in a couple hours and for less than 200$ my cars paint looked brand new. My car was fully detailed from the rims to the inside of the windows. My car looks perfect and months later is still looking good. These guys blew my expectations out of the water. Great job providing an amazing service at a great price point. I have recommended them to everyone I know!!!!!!!

Paul and his partner got me in quickly with the minor damages I had got on my bumper. Other places wanted replace all the parts when it wasn't needed and they were able to get me in quickly. Only thing wrong was I had a last min change but the job still was done very well overall. Almost perfect.Services: Painting

First repair by Paul on front bumper was good, although it was really done by his buddy, Hugo in Garland. So I decided to go back to Paul (who is really just the middleman for Hugo if you need legit body work and not just a dent guy) after some guy backed into my passenger quarter/wheel well area. However, second repair I got messed over and was shoddy at best. Left Paul a great review for first repair then came back for the wheel well damage. Paid $825 and got left with a shallow dent in quarter that Paul was supposed to pull out still there and paint discoloration on quarter from improper blending. Pointed it out when I picked up and he told me to come back. Came back told me has to take off my taillight to pull a dent that should’ve been pulled before I had to coke back and see him a week later. Obviously my time is valuable and he didn’t really wanna do the work so I left. Discoloration of the quarter paint was blamed on a “poor” wax job. When I contacted him to get it fixed he didn’t know me anymore. Paul literally told me he didn’t do the repairs so what did I expect him to do as if I was just SOL after paying $625 for first bumper repair and $825 cash to him within 2 weeks lol. Although he made promises that his work was warrantied, yeah right. I guess that’s what happens when people get your money before doing things the right way. After second repair car doesn’t even drive the same anymore. I don’t know what the hell him and Hugo did but car is not to my expectations when spending my hard earned money. Had to contact Hugo and drive to Garland myself and Hugo buffed/waxed it and it looked better in the gloomy cloudy light but of course after I got it washed weeks later the discoloration came right back. I’m a claims adjuster and have dealt with body shops so I know the game and how difficult they can be when things aren’t satisfactory, these guys solicit your business well and they want to be paid promptly but when there’s a problem after they’ve been paid is when you’ll know their true character.
