2nd day in a row my order has not been delivered. Nobody has contacted me. Also the store does not answer the phone. I would not recommend using this location at all.

Edible was delivered to me Frida the 1st of August as a get well gift from out of state. The order I received was not what was ordered called twice left a message on one every called me back will not order from them again Carol Carter

I called and asked around 4:30 pm if they could give me an ETA since the person I was gifting was leaving for dinner later and I knew how hot it would be. Well, no one called me and clearly they don’t care. I paid over $100 for rotten fruit and a melted chocolate mess. Don’t waste your money!

The location staff is professional and the recipients of the products enjoy the presentation. If there's hiccups the staff will call you back and I'm grateful for their time and talent. Dakota is wonderful.

Unbelievably rude staff and terrible service. My friend in London ordered a delivery for a special occasion that we never got. The delivery person assumed that the gate was closed when a notice in plain sight infact says that it is always open. The manager refused to acknowledge their mistake and was extremely rude when I called to follow-up.

I sent an email more than 24 hours in advance to correct a spelling error in the order and it was ignored. The product was small for how expensive it was and the fruit was underripe and hard. The outer fruit had damage upon delivery.

Terrible customer service. I placed my order a week ago. This Edible Arrangements store does not pick up the line. They did not deliver the package. Do yourself a favor and order from any other arrangements store for a smoother process!
