I went there to fix oil leak for my car. Without diagnosing they change one part. Problem was not fixed and I went there again they replaced oil pan and charged me again. Total charges $800 plus. Problem was not fixed I went there and they said they don’t see the leak after running the car for 2 hours. I noticed that the problem still exists , this time I took the proof of oil leak with me. They said yes we have fixed the issue now. But what problem is still there. I don’t want to go there as I don’t think they have right technicians. Also the attitude of the service staff is not good. Worst experience.

Had service performed on two recent occasions at The Colony on Highway 121 location, and the quality of work was horrible on both occasions. I had to return multiple times to get the work done correctly. The manager, James, is great! Unfortunately, he's mostly unavailable, and I was stuck dealing with Steve. His approach to customer service gives the entire shop a bad reputation. He lied multiple times, saying the recently installed front brake rotors had a one-year warranty and the premature wear exceeded 12 months and therefore was not covered. I had to purchase another new set of rotors for safety. When I returned to speak with James, the issue was quickly resolved. He confirmed the rotors had a two-year warranty and issued a refund. I brought my vehicle back three times because of breaking issues. Steve was incapable of solving the problem despite paying for a second set of rotors. When I complained to James, he immediately found and resolved the problem. My second visit, unfortunately, also involved Steve. This time, based on his recommendation, a radiator flush was performed. Shortly afterward, the radiator began leaking. Coincidence???? He told me I needed a new radiator for +$1,000. I should have learned my lesson the first time! So much for second chances. To add insult to injury, the technician who worked on the radiator sat on my beige leather seat with greasy pants and left grease all over the seat. He tried telling me the grease had been there for a long time and he wasn't responsible. When I asked him to clean it, he returned with a wet towel. Obviously, water does not dissolve grease. One would think any technician would know that. When I complained, he told me to bring my car to the dealer next time!!! He doesn't represent Firestone well and hurts the entire brand.

It really was one of the best visits I have had at this location. I had actually stop going to this one because of the terrible service as of lately. Because I was the first customer (there when the door opened), I decided to give them one more chance. Cindy (working the service desk) was a delight and super kind. She was professional and helped me to discover a warranty that I didn’t know I had. I appreciate her awareness of my financial wellbeing and not just trying to pressure me into a hard financial space. I was delighted by the customer service I received. I will recommend this particular one and return back as well. Thank you, The Colony Firestone.

***DO NOT BRING YOUR CARE HERE***Not only are they unprofessional, but I didn’t have a particular issue with my car before I bought it in and as soon as I picked it up I had an issue. They tried to charge me for the repair when if I didn’t have it before I dropped it off it was caused by whatever work was done. Major scam artistGo somewhere else!

I’d like for thank the store manager, James Erhart, at this location for great customer service. I called a couple other Firestone locations to see if they could help replace the flat tire on my hertz rental so I could get to work on time. The response I got from those two stores was I would have to leave it for the day because they were too busy. I had a full day of work ahead of me and was running on the spare that was also low on air. I called Firestone in the Colony and James answered the phone and said he could help me out. I got there in 25 minutes and James got the truck in right away and got a new tire on the SUV. Thanks to James, in about 35 minutes, I was out the door and on my way with a new tire and actually made it to work early. Sadly, people who take customer service seriously like James are becoming more rare. Thankfully, James was there to make my day. Kudos also to his shop tech who made short order of a tire swap. 5 stars for this Firestone location thanks to James.

Man these guys are just terrible. Nobody bothered to sell me tpms sensors on a new set of wheels and tires. I called them about thirty minutes after I made my appointment to tell them to add the sensors on, only for them to tell me the work had already been done, and that they’d charge me double labor. Also, they wouldn’t mount two used (7/32 tread) tires on my car, but didn’t bother to mention this (or ask if my tires were new) prior to my appointment. I had to go to a different tire shop to get this done. All in all, bad shop experience.

Stay away from this Firestone.Employees and store Manager (James Erhart) are very unprofessional. I took my vehicle in for a routine tire rotation and wheel alignment. I leave the store to go get something to eat down the street at 54th Street restaurant waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I received a phone call from the girl that is working at firestone telling me that my vehicle is complete and ready to be picked up.I arrive to the store and sign my invoice. I am given my car keys and nothing else is said.I start looking at the paperwork I was given and none of the services I requested were performed due to an alleged low oil in my vehicle. At this point I am very upset, this firestone just made me waste 2hrs and with expected rain coming in this weekend sent me off to hazardous road conditions with out taking care of my vehicle needs.I try to get the store manager just to rotate my vehicle because of the upcoming weather and the hazards it will bring. James Erhart (store manager) says I don't care leave my store. He then has the audacity to call the cops on me!This is very unprofessional and very dangerous, this person should not be incharge as he does not care about putting people in dangerous positions.
