The customer service is very bad. The "manager" Alejandra basically kicked me out of the office because I demanded the amount that corresponds to my refund. He didn't want to deal with me even though I tried to explain the situation to him, he got angry, started yelling at me and ran me away. Very arrogant Alejandra. I had to go to downtown Dallas to help me solve the problem that she said could not be fixed, just because she is not well trained nor does she know her own Company clauses well.

This insurance company will rob you blind if you don't pay attention. They increase their premium every month and don't notify you, stating that this is a month-to-month policy. You're scammers and take advantage of young kids. Your company should be shut down for fraud.

Fred loya is very well priced but very difficult. No online features other than bill pay and no way to insure car without waiting past midnight for it to become effective and they will cancel your policy without notice no matter how many years you have been with them so for the price you pay a price

I would totally give this place 0 stars if possible. Do not insure here. They over took from my account for two months without me even having a car insured through them. Now I cannot get the full refund because I can’t get anyone on the phone, or in person , who knows what they are doing. Also had to wait outside for over an hour one incident, in the heat, because they decided to lock the door although they weren’t on lunch or any break for that matter. See for yourself if you don’t believe me.

Horrible experience DON'T waste your time. Got a quote online but then once I went in person it was completely different. It went up 3xs just sitting there! No reasonable explanation except it's what the computer says. I said I have a quote a reason and the 2 guys in there must of thought I started talking a different language. This was by definition Bait and Switch

Horrible service. I went there to check prices and was greeted by no one, there was only one girl working there that saw me and did not acknowledge me at all. No "hi" no "be right there with you" nothing just her d*** face looking at me and then back at her computer. She had a customer but you could still acknowledge someone... anyways, the place looks like they will take your money and disappear tomorrow... they say a pic is worth a thousand words, so here it is...

Last night and today I have tried calling the Dallas Montfort Dr Fred Loya office as well as The Colony office, The Plano office, and the main 1-800 number and get the recording 'we're sorry as all of our representatives are assisting other customers, please remain on the line as we value your call.' This repeats a few times and then automatically disconnects. It's a round robin experience now more common place in so called customer service. Unfortunately there is no '0' Star, so gave them a 1 star review.
