I had an incredible experience with the management team at The Atlantic Stonebriar. Throughout my entire stay, they went above and beyond to provide support and make me feel valued as a resident. They didn’t just do their job—they truly cared and helped whenever I needed assistance.
A special thank you to Ms. Jenny, who was always kind, professional. She consistently made me feel comfortable and supported with every question or request. I’m truly grateful for her help and for the great experience. Thank you so much.

They do not fix anything in these apartments.
Maggie caught an attitude in the office because she had to do her job. Do not sign a lease in these apartments.
Im editing my review still don’t move here SARA the leasing agent is not a good worker . Shes no help.

I lived at this apartment community for three years and had an incredibly positive experience. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and well-maintained a peaceful place to come home to.
The office staff truly made my time there special. Sara, Jane, and the entire maintenance team are professional, ethical, approachable, and consistently kind. Their communication was outstanding throughout my stay. Any issue I raised was met with prompt, thoughtful responses, and they always made me feel heard and supported.
What stood out most was the warmth and positivity they brought to every interaction. They created an environment that felt like home, and I’m deeply grateful for their care and dedication. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming place with a team that genuinely values its residents.

It's safe, friendly. It's close to places I like to walk to. It's close to a friend's house so I can easily walk over to his house. There is a gas station near by just in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants near by.

Good apartments, great location. However, we had problems with goods in the mailroom that were lost inside the condominium and people told us they couldn't help us with that. The place has cameras and they still didn't help us investigate. Some friends suffered damage to their car in the parking lot, someone hit the car and simply disappeared, the office did nothing to help, as there are also cameras there. So maybe we don't feel that safe in this place.

We moved in to a “newly renovated” apartment here. We came in and cabinets were broken, doors were broken, windows were old and cloudy, paint was chipped all over, and a bunch of other things were broken down/shoddily replaced. Not to mention, it was filthy. When we asked for someone to come fix the issues, they said that they couldn’t send anyone since we were lower priority than people with AC issues. (We moved in during the summer) That I would understand, if most of the issues still hadn’t been fixed after a MONTH. This is what they call “renovated”?!
Then there were the cockroaches. Cockroaches when we moved in, cockroaches when we moved out.
Every time we had an issue with them, they would throw a different employee under the bus. No one took any responsibility.
They are VERY misleading about the conditions and quality of these apartments. The rent should be much lower for the level of cockroaches alone. And ours was a “renovated” apartment! I would certainly hate to see what the unrenovated ones look like. Unreal.
Edit: as you might see in the reply, they claim that we didn’t submit a pest control request in several months. Not sure if that confidential information was legally theirs to share, but ok. Let’s play ball. You know why we stopped putting in pest control requests? Because after two months of “pest control” it became very apparent that the cockroaches were a feature of the apartment. YOU WERE INCAPABLE OF REMOVING THEM SO WE HAD TO DO IT OURSELVES.
Edit 2: No, don't lie about what happened. When we arrived at the apartment, it was filthy as I mentioned. We asked you about it, and apparently the cleaning person claimed it was "good enough". They had to go back in and clean again, it was so bad.
On 08/02/23 (about 2 weeks since we'd moved in) I received an email saying "How is your life at The Atlantic Stonebriar?" I responded with a lengthy list of things that were not fixed! There were 13 items on that list. You are welcome to review the email. But you did NOT address our concerns, and most of that list was still unresolved at move out.
My point about you being unable to remove the cockroaches still stands. Of course we stopped submitting requests. You were incapable.
Another incident that happened to me while I lived there: My internet stopped working abruptly. I called maintenance, and they claimed that there was nothing they could do, I had to contact my ISP. After waiting SEVERAL DAYS for spectrum to arrive, the spectrum worker went into the maintenance room and flipped a switch, restoring my internet immediately. MAINTENANCE TURNED OFF MY WIFI FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND REFUSED TO TURN IT BACK ON! Absolutely wild. I have more horror stories and will continue to share.
If you want to deal with the most incompetent leasing staff in the world, the Atlantic Stonebriar might be a good fit for you!

visiting my sister here, the neighbors are rude, they vandalize your car and throw weird liquids at peoples doors. they’re constantly using slurs at people. you would think the management would add cameras for safety.

I have lived here for 7 months and I love it, it is a very quiet, clean apartment complex, the maintenance people are always attentive with reports, the office staff are very professional and friendly. Overall I really like this place, I highly recommend it

Mrs. Mary is Awesome!! We came in to get our keys but our unit wasn't ready but she jumped quickly to make this right. I love her honesty & she's just a very professional straight forward person who so down to earth. Think we are going to love being on this property ?

I was visiting my friend at these apartments yesterday, and it is unbelievably gross here! there are ants everywhere on the property and no one picks up after their dogs. not to mention the maintenance were talking bad about a tenant here, out in the open. the location is great, it’s right in front of NFM and shields, it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. i would definitely not live here just based off the fact of how rude everyone is.

I work for Amazon Flex to help make ends meet. I don’t even live here & coming inside to ask directions for their locker room was very unpleasant. Sara was absolutely very rude. I had to come back into the leasing office a few times because I couldn’t locate the locker room. Every apartment is different & she had no compassion what so ever for what I’m doing on a daily basis trying to deliver packages to customers in a timely fashion. I can’t imagine how Sara treats the tenants here. She spoke to me as if I was a child. Just by my experience with her I would never move here.
Another staff member had to assist me & show me the way & show me directions on how to even access their room. She was kind.
Being kind goes a long ways, you really never know what kind of day anyone is having.

This review is long over due! I have been a happy resident here going on 3 years now. In fact my wife and I just renewed our lease. What I love about this property is how quiet and clean it is. They do a great job maintaining the grounds and everyone on staff is friendly.
Another shining point is the community events. It's super cute that at Easter, they do and Easter egg hunt for the kiddos. Every Christmas, get ready to get your party on in the leasing office where they give out gifts, food, and live music!
Any who I could honestly go on and on but I shant lol. In summary, I love it here❤️

I recently moved out of this property and wanted to say I really enjoyed living there. Anytime something needed to be fixed, they were on it, and they kept the property well maintained. They were also very helpful and understanding when I had to move out early, and made the move in and move out process go super smooth. I believe the greatest and most important thing about living here was that you could always speak to an actual person if needed who physically worked in the office; you never had to deal with an automated system or a call center in another country. The property manager there Sara P., she's the best!! I would definitely recommend.
