I waited to speak to a person in lightning for over 30 minutes. I was told they went on break. Waited for a manager another 10 minutes. Finally got some assistance after 40 minutes to buy 1 light fixture. I rarely take the time to write a review but this experience was awful.

Since they page and call 3 times

I have been coming here for 6 years and it’s always been a great store in the past which is why I gave it 2 out of 5 stars. However today was a 1 star trip as the paint counter employee was intentionally unhelpful (a girl with blonde hair and green highlights who ran away from 2 other employees when they asked her for help with a customer.) The employees are usually very helpful throughout all my past experiences, and there were 2 helpful employees that called over the Home Depot loud speaker to have the employee who was suppose to be attending the paint counter (a girl with blonde hair and green highlights) to her position to help make some paint for me. However the girl refused to come to the paint counter after being paged twice by her work colleagues and just hid in the aisle behind some paint equipment. After waving to her, her seeing my wave and turning her back to me, and waiting a little over 10 minutes I ended up just leaving since it was clear she was refusing to do her job. Not sure what is going on in the store but trying to make some paint at this store may be an interesting experience for you.

With my job, I'm in a home depot everyday thru put down. This location had some of the rudest employees, Belinda at self checkout was rude, not helpful and needs to learn how to work with the public, i asked her a question, and she just walked off. Not giving an answer. Makayla However, was very helpful. She walked up, helped me with my checkout, and answered my questions. I'd give makayla, a 5 star. But Belinda I'd give 0 stars

Store #6562, The Colony, TX. Went to buy Compost. When at the Store, they had No Compost. I asked the speak to Lawn & Garden Supervisor/Manager, I was told they were going to begin a Monday meeting for Supervisors. I went to the Training/Break Room where they were all gathering for the 10 am meeting. I introduced myself, asked for Lawn and Garden Supervisor and ask him my question. Why does this Home Depot Not carry Compost? He said there was not enough room and I should go to a larger store. There are "Hundreds of Feet" of potting mix and top soil. With hundreds of pallets stacked with more potting mix and topsoil. Why is there not a facing or shelf room for a pallet of Compost, a Basic Landscape need?

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve gone to this Home Depot, but the last time was an exceedingly great experience. The manager on shift, Leila, and the sales associate, Mark N, helped me with an item that I had a lot of questions about. I hated to ask for a manager because I don’t want to be that person, but in this instance, I’m glad I did because Leila was of expeditious and knowledgeable assistance.

Just bought this Ryobi battery powered chainsaw. I love it so much! This thing out worked me! Trimmed up 3 overgrown trees on my property. As a country boy now forced to live in the city I was skeptical. Not any more! Better than a chainsaw because it so quiet but still has the same power. Brothers hear me when I say this is a game changer!
