For a business traveler like myself, this hotel ticks all the boxes. The conference rooms are spacious and equipped with the latest technology, making meetings efficient and comfortable. My room was quiet and clean, with a large desk and comfortable seating—ideal for working remotely. The gym was well-maintained with a good range of equipment, and the spa was a welcome retreat after busy days. The restaurant served delicious meals at convenient hours, and room service was prompt. The staff were professional and friendly throughout my stay.

Very clean and friendly! Pool was fantastic! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was red potatoes sausage and eggs. Simple but it was actually good! I’d definitely stay here again. Super close to lots of local dining

My family always travel and stay at Hilton properties. I am a Hilton member. I never have issues even when I travel with small children. I had issues at this hotel with the manager on duty on June 21, 2025. My husband, 18 year old son, 14 year old daughter, 6 and 4 year old son all stayed at this hotel. We can for a family reunion. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The manager was very disrespectful. There were multiple children running back and forth through the hallway by our room. Their was a couple that was arguing and fighting each other and having sex so loud that you could hear it through the walls and door of their room. My 4 & 6 year old was screaming at one point because they were nervous about the couple arguing. They were walking in the room and playing but the floors were so thin that any movement in the room sounded like loud bumps. My children were so uncomfortable because I made them sit down and stop playing because we kept getting calls from the front desk saying that our neighbors were complaining of loud noises. I explained to the manager that it wasn’t just my children and that the other people around us were making noises as well but I would quiet my children down. Later that night my husband and I went down to sit by the pool. My 14 year old daughter told me that the manager called the room and told her, “You guys need to shut up, do you not know what sit down and be quiet means,” and he hung up in in her face. When I came back up to the room, my daughter was crying. She stated that my children weren’t running and that the man over the phone was yelling at her. My husband and I wasn’t even in the room for 10 minutes then we got a knock on the door from the same manager. I answered the door and he said, “can you guys please keep it down ?” I explained to him that we been in the room for 10 minutes and no one was loud. Our children was laying in the bed. He continued to argue with me and tell me that he was standing and listening at the door and that he heard an adult yell and say put your shoes on. I told him that that wasn’t true, neither one of us yelled anything and that our children were in the bed. He then proceeded to say that he can have us kicked out of the room then since I’m telling him no one was screaming. He also told me that he was leaving this job in a week and he didn’t care about his job. He could care less about me trying to explain calmly to him that I wasn’t trying to argue. I felt very uncomfortable that night and would never stay at this hotel . I tried reaching out to the manager over him.

My son had an AAU Basketball Tournament in the area, so I chose this hotel. Our stay was great! The only gripe I have was that the water never got hot in the shower, or at either of the sinks. I used my Hilton Honors App to check in and used my digital key to access the room, pool, and side doors. I will definitely be back.Rooms: We had a suite and it was a great size.Nearby activities: Top golf is nearby.Walkability: There are some eating establishments within walking distance.

I stayed in room 503 and this is the most uncomfortable mattress in the world!! Totally disappointed in this Homewood suites!!!!Staff was great and room was clean though!!

warning ⚠️ This review comes with a racial injust and horrific treatment.This hotel, from what I could tell via online and from, is from arriving at the location on the early morning of the 12th. My husband dropped me off to check in while he parked. I finally was buzzed in by CaRon while I approached the desk another customer was approaching so I said to her " You can go on", She said "You may go ahead mine well take some time". I then begin speaking with Caron so I could check in I gave him the conformation and name on reservation (As everything was prepaid and prior to arrival I was made to put a credit card on hold because We would've been checking in after the normal check in time). Caron said to me, "I need your your card for incidentals." I replied why when that was done on the 10th because of my late flight and checkin.. Caron starts yelling and moving frantically, saying i, "If you don't give me your card, I will not check you in and call the cops." My statement and concerns to him are is, I gave this information prior to my arrival. ( Yes, a different transaction from booking my room in feb) Plus, I was made aware everything was handled. Caron then stated "We don't do that and he's been there over 6 years and I didn't give my card information and if I wouldn't he's calling the police and have me removed because he feels unsafe. "Wow." At this point, I'm feeling unsafe, uncomfortable, embarrassed, tired, disappointed because not only was this trip planned and paid for, but this was a celebration for my husband and myself. ( At this point, Im the only black female amongst a few other women, him, and my husband walked in from parking by this time the police were called as if this was a big brawl (Three cars came.) Words can't express my feelings and the damper this put on our special trip. My husband and I ended up leaving and searching for a place to lay our heads for a few hours. (Got one at 3am, Had to get out by 11, then we found another for the other 2 nighs at a different location).The cops came and didn't make us leave but instead were trying to help us figure out better accommodation. Devastated would be an understatement ? All this happened within 15 mins of being there. I

We stay in this area quite often but we have never stayed at this hotel. The suites were spacious and clean, and the staff was nice. Breakfast has some good options. There are some great restaurants choices all in walking distance of the hotel.Walkability: There are several top rated restaurants within walking distance.

We do a lot of local travel and stay in hotels and we absolutely enjoyed this hotel. With 5 of us (3 kids and 2 adults) it’s usually difficult to find a good-size hotel room with enough sleeping space and comfort. This was one of the best hotel rooms for the price. Do NOT stay here if you’re a Diamond member. This property will treat you awful and evade accountability on all fronts. To preface, this hotel is not a Hilton property. It’s owned by Atlantic Hotel Group and is legally allowed to operate under the Hilton name because it’s a franchise so they treat Diamond members awful. If you have any issues, you have to contact Atlantic Hotel Group as contacting Hilton customer service will reroute you to the general manager at this establishment, Tamara Price, who is awful. I spent over $6k at this hotel and Tamara accused me of things I didn’t do, wouldn’t fix an issue with a dog barking in the room above me for 4 days straight until I had to report it to corporate, and completely denied my requests for when I asked if maitenance and housekeeping could come at specific times due to my work schedule. She asked why I wanted them to come at certain times and she allowed her employee Deborah at the front desk to be rude to me since check in. I stayed at this hotel for almost 2 months. I never met Tamara nor Deborah and was always treated with an attitude by them and no follow through on anything. Tamara also overcharged me for my stay after I’ve added up the totals 13 times and will not refund me for the amount I should be refunded. She won’t add up the totals on her own and keeps claiming it’s correct when it’s not, nor has she done the math herself. The regional manager Lindsey with Atlantic Hotel Group lets her get away with this also. I have never been treated so poorly after spending so much money at an establishment. My experience here was awful and I highly recommend to NOT stay here especially if you’re a Diamond member. Also, the towels and sheets were covered in blood stains my entire stay, which was never addressed after I spoke up about it. Avoid this hotel at all costs and their incompetence.

Paris helped us get a group rate and worked with us through the whole stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Great stay great serviceRooms: Very spacious and the little kitchenette’s are so nice to have for a basketball tournament

I don’t want to leave this review, because I’d prefer not to have it booked up when I’m looking to stay in the future!New. Clean. Big rooms. Friendly staff. Awesome location. Fabulous breakfast (just get there more than 30 minutes before it closes if you want all of the selections).Our group was shushed a little too aggressively at 10.45 on a Friday evening. (We certainly were being loud! I just would have preferred a first time gentle request to be quiet in the lobby at that time on a weekend night.)We go to the area for the same event every year, and I’ll be booking at this location every time.

Lack of hospitality throughout our stay. From the moment we walked in, to the check-out our interactions with the hotel representatives were unpleasant. Due to our experiences we will not choose this hotel again for our future travel.

Where do I begin!! Let’s start with service amazing outstanding!!! I had the pleasure of having ms Traci check me in and she is just such an amazing person sooo quick with everything soooo sweet she is one of a kind and make my experience top tier ? the rooms where sooo nice and spacious! I’m thankful for my experience there !
