Showed up about 15 minutes prior to opening . 2 girls inside who worked there working on each other's nails , stated that they open in 15 minutes . We waited 15 minutes but by this time another party show up early but they let them in . So now we had 4 people in front of us and only 3 people working there. 2 girls still proceeded working on each other's hands and had a real bad attitude. Place was run down and not very clean . Instead of giving each other manicures maybe they should have been cleaning . We left due to the attitudes and went to Palace Nails at 121 & Josey. Got right in and this place was absolutely wonderful . No wait , got seated right away , was giving something to drink and place was spotless. Also 20 % Pedicures and was exactly what we started the day wanting. Some things happen for a reason , and in this case it was a blessing I disguise. DO NOT GO HERE , terrible customer service and place is dirty . Go to Palance Nails

Customer service was okay, but I sat down as the lady washed her hands before starting on my brows, and this was the first sight. If this is what they’re okay with showing in the front out in the open, imagine what all of their stuff looks like in the back.

This was my first time in my life to be turned away for being too busy…even though the place looked dead in this rainy Tuesday just before 4. No offer to come back later either. I assume they must be doing really well to do confidently and quickly turn away customers, so maybe they’re worth the wait lol

My second visit here and it was the worst pedicure i have EVER had! The girl talked on her phone and left me sitting there but the last straw was when she cut my toenail so deep (from the cuticle to the end of nail). It bled and she ignored it. She put something different things on to get ready for the polish and each one hurt where the nail had been sliced. I will never go back there again!

Very bad experience, I would say what the person who attended to me did to me was torment.
He cut me until I bled 3 times and telling her to stop, she wanted to continue even though two other people told her the same thing.
He cut his nails very unevenly and he couldn't match them or even the design.
He did it the way it was.
Terrible job, I won't go back to that place

Excellent service and great advice. Great colors to choose from as well. Good atmosphere as well. The girlfriend has a new place for her nails now. The 30 minute drive was well worth it. She will always come back just bc of that first experience went very well.

Terrible. Came in to get my nails and toes done. I specifically told them I wanted dip with a tip. So said Im gonna do it a different way and then pulled out gel nail polish i said no i asked for dip. So she talked me into dip after burning my fingers idk how many times. Anyway she did this and the before i even got done my toes were messed up. Then the next day i noticed the gel bubbling. i took a shower to get ready for an event i had and the gel polish came off on 4 fingers. Holes throughout. The next day one was bending and broke off. I already had plans for the week and the ice monday/tuesday prevented me coming in. When I did she said she had a customer and id have to wait but i was with my mom she said i could come back and she would fix them so ive been walking around with my nails a mess til i could go back in. When I did she did the nails as a dip. Had me pick the color out. I did. She did one finger first to see if I liked it. I did because she did it correctly did it with four coats so the color came out correctly. The rest of the nails she put 2 coats and they looked splotchy so its dark in some spots light in others and! Its shiney in some spots and the top coat is missing in others. If you don't know how to do nails just SAY that. You tried to give your specialty when i didnt ask for it and it was a disaster. Then you corrected and the nails are still a mess with color missing because YOU MESSED UP and got upset. I dont remember what her name was but it started with an L and she sits at the first desk on the right by the door and she laughs the whole time. I liked her personality but you can't laugh off messing up a service youre providing. I wont be back.

My mom took me and it is way too expensive. Doing it at home yourself is cheaper and better in my opinion.
