Amazing customer service!!!! If you are in the area this Metro PCs location is the BEST to go to in the area. I went to the one on Eldorado in Little Elm OMG!! It was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! They didn’t help me and was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I couldn’t believe I was treated that way. I immediately reported them and filed a complaint with Metros corporate department. They need to shut them down! So never go to that location. Go to the Colony Metro, Eric is extremely helpful, kind, and actually fixed my phone. Thank you so much for assisting me today Eric!!

It's been a while since I've had to get a new phone; so.........the supportive assistance from this location ( in particular) was definitely something to be appreciated..........!
For more than two(2) years; I've had to take my immediate cell phone issues, to a less than responsible (home store location in Frisco)......... Eric's store was professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile; for customer satisfaction......... Eric's a customer service pro!

Sooo glad I stopped at Eric's Metro PCS store. He's the best! I will always go back to his store. Definitely above AT&T, Walmart, etc.

I actually went to this location after being treated very badly by an employee or manger at the little elm location. After reading the reviews I was referred to this location in the colony. The manager Eric helped with all of my needs being that I was a new customer at metro coming from T-Mobile. He provided me with amazing customer service and empathy and to top it off also provided me with a new free screen protector for having such a horrible experience at the other location. Thank you Erick for your help and for making my transfer a better, smooth, and quick experience the second go round.

Back from the EU and esim/sim issue held up my number. Was able to resolve without being price gouged, unlike another store. A simple and clean service after arriving.

Eric is by far one of the most helpful and personable people that I have ever encountered in a phone store.When I had to get a new phone and was scared I had lost my father's pictures, he was kind and made sure that was able to retrieve ALL of my memories.I can't thank him enough.

The guy that takes care of the store and then in the colony is so sweet and is very helpful and he takes care of me every time I go in there no matter cuz I don't know computers or phones and he he helps me he teaches me how to work it and I love that I don't feel stupid and I'm 57 years old
