Very professional, my printer was out of ink for a packet that I needed to print off and fill out and she dropped one off for me. Then texted me on a Saturday night to confirm a date to file my taxes. Texted me within the two days that’s my taxes were done that she said they were be done. Went over everything so I could understand it. She’s has the most outstanding customer service that I look for in a business.
