While waiting I went to the restroom and have sat and watched 4 other people go before me. The check in person never acknowledge me still waiting, so I went and asked had my name been called. While others name was called and they got a text if they didn't answer.

My favorite bank of all time !!! Ask for Nathan when needing assistance , he had patience and educated me on things I needed to know. He made me feel comfortable to ask question.

Maybe if your ATM doesn't take checks you should put that on the ATM inside of me sitting there trying to deposit a check for 20 mins. And before I get the response of "why not just come in to the location to do it" you all close before I can. And the app isn't a better alternative since it can take days before I have access to my money

Very rude individuals at this locations . You’ll Come in and no one is smiling , weird looks at this location , sat down to become a new member with my partner and apparently the computer had a “glitch” and we had to figure out membership elsewhere , which was not explained well or didn’t make sense . Don’t go here , go to CUTX or elsewhere . We didn’t feel welcomed from the beginning of our experience

NFCU as a whole is getting pretty close to losing our business. I’d rather deal with a small, unsophisticated credit union that is across the country than try to do anything without the service member/veteran present here and their interest rates are average, at best.Walked in needing a cashier’s check to close on our new home. I recently got a new debit card and didn’t know the pin. Resent the pin with the 800 number as the teller had instructed me to. When I go back up to the counter, they can’t issue a cashier’s check for that amount with my debit card alone.Unfortunately my name is incorrect on my debit card and to change my name, my husband has to be present. They don’t keep a copy of documents you provide them to reference later (we’ve already provided our marriage certificate as we’ve tried to do this before).In this instance, since my name change has occurred on everything except at NFCU, my husband had to leave work to come up here and facilitate the cashier’s check. I wonder how they service families when they have a member of the military overseas if they can’t service the families when they’re all at home.The good news, your money is probably safe here. Even you won’t be able to withdrawal it.

Drove up there to pick up and auto loan check after talking to them over the phone and was told to just go to the teller and they will print the check, well I waited in a 30 min line to be seen at the teller just for them to tell me that I had to wait in another line because they where too busy, navy fed has lost my business because my time is not valuable. Sad I have financed close to 10 vehicles and countless Luther loans and credit cards,

I chose to use Navy Federal Credit Union for my mortgage loan and it's been the worse mistake ever. It first started with the paperwork being incorrect upon closing. Rate showed 4% when it should have been 2.75. That was corrected. I noticed on my paperwork that was mailed to me showing the break down of my escrow. Navy Federal has been charging me for Hazard Insurance. I was not told upon closing that was apart of their process. I pay USSA for a combo package (house/cars). I had no clue Navy Federal was charging me also.There has been so many issues with my account, I would not recommend period. I which I had chose a VA loan instead. Be cautious when dealing with them and make sure you get everything in writing. The one star is generous.

While the Navy Fed does have convenient locations and a decent range of services, I would not choose to return to this branch if I don’t have too, due to the poor customer service and negative atmosphere. If the bank could work on improving these aspects, it would surely be a much better experience for both employees and customers.

This is for the new Euless location, at the time of my visits, that location wasn't an option. I am also a member of USAA, and chose to join Navy due to the convenience of having a branch that is located in my area. So far, I haven't had any issues and going into the branch, has been pleasant. I will say, the "freeze" option they have for their debit card, I feel, is somewhat pointless. It is great when traveling or if you're wanting to avoid unknown fees, but that's as far as it goes. With USAA, I would freeze my card and that froze all transactions that were trying to be submitted. Navy, it still allows transactions for merchants that you've used your debit cards for. Other than that, I really enjoy Navy!
