“I’ve been visiting this pet shop for months now for cat essentials, and it’s usually reliable. On my last visit, I went in for litter and treats. One of the treat packs was close to expiry, which I noticed at home. When I returned, they apologized and replaced it immediately. The staff is generally friendly, though sometimes the checkout line moves slowly. Despite that, I keep coming back because they usually stock the brands my cat prefers.”
