Defective product was sold to me and Indian owner says nobody else has problems. Asked if I can get reduced price on next one she said no and I was okay with that until paying full price she says you pay tax too in a joking way. Bad business

They are selling defective merchandise and they don’t respond for it!!! I have being coming to this smoke shop for almost two years, great products and amazing service until today. I purchased a vape on Friday that was defected, came back the same day and they changed, then three days later, on the second use, the vape is bad again. Came back to the shop to get it change, the lady who wears the hijab (she didn’t tell me her name) was very rude and condescend, no allowing me to talk to a manager or the owner. Finally they did changed the vape for a way cheaper brand.
Careful they are not responsible for the items they sell, take your business somewhere else.

Excellent customer service and very friendly in a inviting way! Amazing deals with great product variety of vapes ( hookahs, vape kits, and etc..). I will continue to go see Eric and the other great people @ 3D Smoke Shop in The Colony.
