Checked out today at 310 with the Assistant Manager Maritza who really needs a training in common courtesy. Walking up to the check out and saying “hello how are you” to where she just ignores me and starts a new conversation about how they’re going to have to cut staff because their sales have only hit 2k. I don’t expect top tier service but common decency of saying hello would be expected for literally anyone.

Ross is the store where you find most items for clothing and decorations for your home. The customer service can be nice and pleasant if you have patience to wait in line. The workers are never rude but patience with you as the line is so long at times. You can find the best deals inside. Thank you Ross for being here over the years.

Not a lot of items in any department. They also started Blasting ? music ? Extremely and Excessively Loud!! The music being played was not only annoying it was being played at way too high of a decibel level.

Nice store. Great Location ? Staff is always nice. Good selection of everything. This store used to have small furniture pieces. I wish they would have more.
