Good place to roam around and check things out
$$ decent for makeup stuff. Hair extensions and wig too expensive compared to online. I would just buy them hair extensions online or Shein website then buy from here. I did find it bit pricey. Over all customer service was great. Very friendly. Super meat and well organized . I did buy few item. Wasn’t bad. Decent place if you’re looking for hair color & cosmetic products cheaper brand . Well wouldnt say cheaper they do have some good qualitie products I liked and purchased. BB cream and eyes shadows were cheaper than online or other stores like target and Walmart . I really like them .comes with beautiful colors plate shades . They have Tons of eyelashes. And nail products

The lady with the pixie cut is always RUDE. This last time, I was asking where something was located and she turns to me and looks me up and down then pointed “over there” instead of showing me. The young lady that works the register is friendly.
“Go where you are appreciated and not tolerated.”

No warm welcome when I walked in. I inquired about a mascara and who I would presume is the owner just had a snarky reply. Would rather drive to Terrinika’s beauty supply for all my needs.

usually takes a lot for me to write a bad review but their service is just so bad! as a black woman walking into a store that carries mostly products for black hair, you’d think the employees would be a lot more kind towards me. i’m never greeted when i walk in, but i did happen to notice every time i white customer walks in they immediately greet them and go to help them out ??♀️. tried to brush this off but this has happened more than TWICE. so i’m good off their service ?.

Their prices are Too high ; they are friendly tho ! Because your place of business is in a certain area, you charge more, but beware of that , because customer will leave you for another across town for fairer prices. Just something to think about. Good luck ,..

I visited Sassy Beauty Supply today for the first time and was so impressed with the store and the excellent customer service. A kind gentleman welcomed me, and Ashley was my phenomenal customer service representative. She advised me about the products I was interested in and offered some excellent tips to help with my hair care. I am well pleased and will be back!

Jenny’s in Dallas would never! Iykyk cultural appropriation at an all time in this store! Don’t value their customers at all. They do not honor their own return policy! No refund, just store credit. Don’t waste your time or money here !

The customer service here is very poor. My little sister bought the wrong product. We turned around and went right back into the store with the recipt for an exchange. The cashier tried to charge a 1.99 restock fee and an additional 5 bucks because the original item was bought with a coupon. Smh and the gag is when she originally went into the store she asked for help and got the wrong type of product.

Good location & I don’t have to go to drive all the way to Dallas or farther& a huge selection are the only pros. Cons include the Asian lady who works there with a orange short haircut is not very helpful or friendly. I had to say the name of the actual product and describe it 3 times before I basically found the product myself. It was another lady with long black hair at the front who also tried to assist who was a bit more accommodating. If you are going to be selling hair products, please be more knowledgeable when customers are coming in to spend their hard earned money. Also please take a class in customer service, it’s not hard to be a pleasant human being, especially when you are making money off the people who frequent your store. Do yourself a favor and just go to another beauty supply if you are able. This is a last resort type place

I really don't have much to say about this spot here I only come here a few times a month for small items but far as their selection is pretty good they have everything that you possibly need considering you're right here in The Colony
