Exceptionally poor staff. Service advisor called once in 3 weeks about body repair to 2020 Chevy Equinox. Text update provided once after I called, vehicle unready the day after indicated it would be cleaned/QC. Managers seem focused on their own politics and no attention to customers at all. Only the receptionist seemed to have any concern at all for customers. Go elsewhere unless forced to do so for policy reasons.

Took my vintage Mercedes SL550 to them and they did beyond incredible work. Highest of recommendations for these people. It looked like a brand new car when i got it back A++++++++++

For a business that has the name “Service King” I definitely don’t feel that this location lives up to the name or even comprehends what the word service means. First to walk in to an empty reception area, wait patiently for an employee to notice you so after a good 10 minutes walk around saying hello. (This was not my first experience). Then instead of assisting me with any form of knowledge that an employee should embody after I’ve been in a car wreck that I wasn’t even at fault in. I was met with arrogance, treating me as if I was unintelligent for not knowing how the process works and then completely dismissed! This location definitely does NOT give excellent service, nor care to be informative to customers and definitely doesn’t show any compassion!

It's never fun to deal with the aftermath of an accident. However, the team at this location made this the best experience I've had. The facility is clean and welcoming, we were greeted as expected for our appointment and the level of communication during the process was consistent. They did what they said they were going to do and met the timelines they promised. Recommend them and will use them again!

No communication, they lost the key to my truck and misled me about it. They delivered my vehicle to me and it was not done. The steering column wouldn't allow my to even turn my truck out of the parking lot. John-the manager said that they miss things like this because it's electronic and the diagnostic didn't catch it. I am not a mechanic I simply drive vehicles, and to know that I couldn't turn was more than scary to think!!!! When I took my truck back to get the "oversight" fixed, they lost my key...so work hadn't even started at the place they sent it to. My truck sat at the third-party location they sent it to for three days. When I called there, they didn't even know the truck was there!! I had to let the shop know about what I knew by following up. When I let them know the third-party dealer didn't have the key, John got aggressive and asked why I was calling him a liar and freaking out in the lobby-with other customers there. I did get frustrated an let him know my concerns about not having communication from them. He said he was going to trespass my from the property and he was done speaking with me. I deal with frustrated and angry customers daily. Having the knowledge and expertise to HELP people is very important. I was able to de-escalate the situation...as a customer. The front desk staff, Erica was always more than helpful both times I had to go in, she was very nice. Accountability, empathy and being helpful goes a long way!!!!

I have a Lincoln nautilus 2019 that has taken a little longer than I thought and I have came to the location a couple of times. Also have called multiple times. Ryan has been available every step of the way. Honesty is the best customer service and he hasn't steered me wrong. I recommend if you have a situation like this asked for Ryan he'll give you a great customer service experience. I strongly recommend you used these guys. “ ⚠️ warning ⚠️ ” Avoid this shop at all mean.Avoid this shop at all mean. They will take your car. Not giving you any information. Not picking the phone. Not giving you any updates for your vehicle. Keep lying to you : oh sorry our manager is not here .My story. I send the car for ripers on this shop. They took it inside and tell me it will take two weeks. I rent a car for two weeks. First week they gave me update that all parts are here and we will start to assemble. Second week comes . No update for my car no nothing. I called 3 days in the row and they told me on first day : oh sorry the guy that talked to you is on vacation i don’t know what is happening with your car. Manager will call you tomorrow. Waiting two days for manager to call . Nothing. Called on Friday , lady front desk pick the phone and told me : I don’t have any info for your car. Manager is not here. I told her : please get someone that have information for my car. Her: sorry i don’t have no one here right now. Wait until Monday. I drove there and ask the front lady : get me someone that can give me an update for my car. Is been two weeks. Her again . No I don’t have no one here to give you information. Ok give me my car then. Another guy come i don’t know what the h.. he was there . No sir we can’t do that. Ok give me information. No we don’t have any. “” guys are you kidding me !? This place is a scam to rub money “” to joke and play with people. Lady front desk no help at all. Can’t even get from her chair to go ask someone that can help me. I was feeling worthless, and couldn’t do nothing just walk out and wait for monday. ..Like i said : avoid this place .. they will ruin your day..Update: service manager never called. Looks like they lie every one like this. The guy named Caleb was taking tare off the car since in beginning come from vacation and finally god the update for the car. He make sure my care be done by Friday. Looks like the only person who really work on that place. Everyone else is awful, disrespectful, liars,Shame off the manager ( that never took care of problem) and other staff that i had to deal with.

They are the best place to take your vehicle after an accident. My car was repaired and looked like I never got into an accident. Hopefully I will not have to go through that again but if I do I will use them again!!!Service: Body & Trim

Now crash champions, terrible customer service. Took 30 seconds to look at my car and told me it was too old and they don't carry/don't make mirrors for my car anymore so they can't help me. When I asked about a generic mirror, the person told me "no, they make these specifically to fit the cars" as if I was stupid.... I went on amazon and found the generic exact mirror instantly. They obviously didn't want to spend the time to fix my car because they wouldn't get enough money from the insurance company to fix it. Terrible experience, I wouldn't take me car here again.

I was referred to them by USAA due to a accident, the car was repaired and I was pleased with 90% of the work performed. After a month in the shop I got the vehicle back. Drove to Austin and noticed that I had a wobble noise coming from the car. Took it back to them for warranty work, TPWS light, Front bumper misaligned and wobble noise. They fixed the TPWS issue, but neglected the front bumper and wobble noise. They said these are wear and tear items. These issues where not present prior to the accident. They said the insurance company denied the bumper and wobble noise (it is the rear wheel bearing). Called the insurance company and they said they denied it because the adjuster stated it was "wear and tear". Guess who the adjuster is, Crash Champion.Beware, drive the vehicle before you accept the work. Lesson learned.

My wife was in a accident got t-boned, we had our car taken here to Service King. We ended up having to test out their life time warranty and have some work re-done due to possibly fault replacement items (headlight, control arm) - they were quick to put the order of parts in and get us taken care of. Ashley (front desk) has got to be one of the most patient people I've had the pleasure of working with and Caleb is very quick to do what he can to honor his word and follow timelines. Hopefully we never have this adventure again, but if the two of them are still working at this location they would be the biggest reasons we come back. Beware of the delays before you drop your vehicle at this center. They keep saying it will be done next week... but that next week never comes. And they do not give an estimate unless you work with insurance
