Been here twice and had a bad experience both times. This time their processor wasn’t working so they are only taking cash. I gave a $20 and they’re not even allowed to give change back. Luckily, I ended up finding exact change. The worker was apologetic and nice, but management needs to do better.

I'm not sure what's happened recently, but the service here has absolutely deteriorated. I come here only because it's close to the pool. I tend to order ahead; lately, they are missing everytime by 10 minutes or more and making everyone wait. I would no longer recommend this location.

They got new management and prices went up over night and they dont allow call ins. The last 2 times ive been in there was only one person working on the line during lunch rush.

This location is awful. They don’t have enough people working and are inexperienced. EVERYTIME I’m at this location people walk out because they weren’t taken care of. I tried placing my order through the app to avoid wait time but it was WAY past it and other people who placed their order right then and there were getting their orders first.

By far the best smoothie king I’ve ever been to amazing customer service. most smoothie kings are known for their lack of customer service. Definitely not this one!

Usually good quality, but customer service is hugely lacking. If your company offers curbside pickup and that what they choose for the service they wish to receive, then that is what you should expect to deliver. When I drove up, there were 3 people in the store. They were out of there rather quickly. I called to notify i had arrived for a pick up order and was told *oh its probably in the cup holder you can just come in and get it.* there's no reason it couldn't have been brought out with 2 people working and no customers in the store. Sad work ethic. And when i did go in, 1 made eye contact, but NO ONE spoke. Way to greet the customer. It's poor training and/or poor reinforcement of that training. Either way, I will think more seriously before coming back.

I always go to smoothie king this is my 1st time at this location.Messed up my order 3 times and finally gave me the "right" orderIt was basically just ice. I ordered the smoothie at 7:45pm and it stills 8:53pm still hasn't turned into the smoothie state yet it's like I'm drinking a slushi coz all I'm doing is chewing on ice

Came in today to purchase myself a smoothie before our Christmas shopping only to find the store closed. This is not the first time we’ve encountered this scenario and its very frustrating. 0/5 stars if only i could.
