Very helpful Alex was extremely helpful and patient, helped me to switch back to T-mobile from another cell phone company I had for 8-months that was full headache and costly. Thank-You Alex for all your help. ????

My family and I went into the store to purchase a phone for my son. As we approached the door to the store there was a customer that walked in ahead of us, and a customer that walked in right after us. We were greeted right away. The two employees were with customers but the girl, Abagail, stood up and quickly took down names of customers on her tablet to hold their place in line. As we waited for them to help other customers I noticed that the employee, Alex, stood up and looked at the tablet and asked the other employee, Abigail, who is Daniel. She pointed to the person that walked in after our family. Alex greeted the customer by calling him Daniel and the customer told him that he wasn't Daniel. Abigail look at Alex and told him oh sorry that is not him but it's okay just go ahead and help him. My husband and I waited even though we knew that we were suppose to be next. After that customer left, my husband did share that we were suppose to be helped before that customer. Abigail replied and said, I'm sorry that was my mistake. We let it go and waited for her to help the current customer she was helping. After she was through with her customer, her customer told her, "I'm sorry about the customer that was being rude to you." Abigail's reply was, "It's okay." Her reply was completely out of line because we were the ones that waited even though our name was clearly next on her list. When I asked her what the customer said as they were walking out, Abigail said that I can go talk to him if I want to. Alex, the other employee in the store, told me that he can kick me out of the store if I do not calm down First, I did not start shouting or going crazy in the store. I was merely looking for an apology for the way that we were treated. But instead of an apology Alex chose to be more disrespectful and stated that they were understaffed. I completely understood that they were understaffed as soon as we walked into the store. This is why we waited over an hour and a half to be helped without making a big deal. I would have gone to a different store or came back another day if I knew that I was going to be treated like this. This was the first time at that store and it will sure be my last. I definitely will not be recommending it to friends or family.

if you live west of 423 save your money. I have had T-Mobile for a year now and the service has been spotty at best. I have called them numerous times and have changed box, and still haven't gotten what was promised. when working it is 4g never 5g the tower is owned by acme and they won't pay to have upgrades made to make it a viable option for cell and internet.

Awful service. I had to return a plan because the 5G was poor quality and they took over 2 hours to complete. My friend made the mistake of using their 5G internet, then cancelled at this store - same experience! They will use your time when you need to cancel service, but they are more than happy to assist with people who want new service.

I reached out the the store in regards to possibly having the series 9 watch in stock at 4:30. Once arriving to the store at 4:50 during peak high traffic hours. I entered the store to only be told by the rep and manager that they couldn’t assist me because the sale process would take too long and that they were going to close at 5. As a former T-mobile employee and knowing the customer service expectations I was beyond upset and in disbelief. Refuse to return to this location.

We have found all the T-Mobile stores to have excellent customer service. This store is close to us. My husband and I also carry 2 of our grandkids, so with 4 cell phones and 3 tablets, we are there fairly often. They are very knowledgeable, and if one Rep sees something unusual, they will first discuss it with each other and then call their own resource. They have never let us down.

Literally the worst and least helpful mobile phone I have ever been to. They would not honor an agreement made by their customer service department and costed me and my wife over 24 hours of time out of our life with their nonsense. They charged a $40 return fee, would not honor a warranty, passed us to different departments, and lied to us. You are better off going to a timeshare presentation than dealing with the managers here. Do yourself a favor and go with literally any other carrier. Avoid this store if you value your time. You will thank me later.

Just horrible customer service at this location. Doesn’t matter if you call or speak to someone beforehand, the people in this location will have a different story for you.3/5 for T-Mobile as a whole. 0/5 for this store.
