Very inconsistent portions of vegetables on the sandwiches. Instore orders I've experienced more reasonable portions. The call ahead order was very stingy with even lettuce. We visit often and that is disappointing.

Went in 45 mins before close, had my sub lightly toasted, meatballs and sauce were still cold, it is what it is I guess ??♂️

They haven't had all of the ingredients for our sandwiches (from their own menu) the last 4 or 5 times we have gone to The Colony and Plano locations, and the most convenient locations near us don't accept coupons, either. Not sure why we keep coming back, but I for sure don't think the sandwiches are worth full price anymore. Customer service- meh. Location was clean in the interior. Exterior is busy. Our little one only likes the baked lays. 3 stars for the freaking refreshing beverages available. Yum.Vegetarian options: It's on the menu but probably not stocked or has loose jalapenos in it.

Out of three subway shops in the colony none of them accept coupons. They like not making a sale better than accepting coupons.

Do not accept any coupons or nationwide promotions even when it says they are a participating location online. Doesn’t make sense and seems very bad for business

They don't take coupons but the service is always friends and the items are always fresh. The store is clean and the wait is never long

I was given an attitude by an employee (the older man with an accent) at this location because I placed a pickup order and the sandwiches looked absolutely awful. I was so upset I went back and asked politely to have one remade and the man behind the counter was giving me and attitude and telling me that there’s nothing wrong with the sandwich when it looked absolutely horrific and instead of remaking the sandwich like I asked I was met with serious attitude and push back. I brought the sandwich back in and expressed that it didn’t meet my standards and that should have been enough to get the sandwich I paid for! I ordered two, the meatball sub looked awful as well but I mainly wanted my turkey sub. When I went in person he made it fine but he clearly doesn’t care about making pickup orders look good. very upset at this interaction because I am very respectful to service workers and did not deserve this disrespect! Him getting aggravated at me for simply wanting a remake was absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for because it is your job to make sure the sandwiches are made up to standards. Whenever I go in person they are made just fine but it’s clear to me that the people at this location will make your to go order incorrectly and absolutely sloppy.Look.. I have empathy, I have been on the other side working in food service, maybe he's having a hard time, everyone is, but I can't be responsible for reactions when I simply wanted an issue rectified.Please do not tell your customers that their sandwich is fine when it absolutely was not fine.
