Placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup and arrived approximately 10 min after doing so. Gave my name at the drive thru speaker and was told my order had already been picked up. When I said they made a mistake and gave it to the wrong person, the employee said “well we don’t have it”. I asked if they could remake the order, since it was their mistake, I’ve already been charged $45 and received no food, he said “I’m short staffed and can’t do it.” I asked for a refund and he said he can’t do that either, and to go through the mobile app. Absolutely infuriating. What exactly CAN they do, because the job position they filled is apparently too challenging!?

Severely understaffed. Have to close early due to lack of personnel. Management needs to fix this.

What's not to love about Taco Bell??? You know exactly what you're going to get. May not be the healthiest food but it's tasty at a great price. Some of their newer menu items are fantastic!

I visited this Taco Bell and ordered some Nacho Fries but asked they be dropped fresh so they would be hot. The guy said ok but that I would have to pull around and wait. I said ok no problem. I get to the window and pay and he hands me my entire order. I ask him if that’s everything and he said yes. Before I pull off, I taste a fry and they are cold and stale. I ask for new ones and he says, “you REALLY want new fries?” YES, I DO! He leaves the window and returns and says but “we’re going to need those back”…no problem, they are stale. I don’t want free food…I want hot food. He takes the food, then returns and says, “so you know, next time you’re gonna have to take it however it comes!” I immediately ask for the manager and Vanessa comes to the window already bothered and with an attitude. She reiterates that next time they won’t make me fresh fries. I told her I would be calling corporate about it and she said she “didn’t care” as that’s what the training videos tell them to do also. I give her back all the food and ask for a refund. She reluctantly obliges. I drove 7 minutes down the street to another location and had absolutely no issues. I love Taco Bell but this location is THE WORST??

Went through the drive thru and ordered a number 2 (3 supreme soft tacos) with no lettuce and I got 3 crunch wraps and a crunchy taco. I went into the store and explained the issue and when they came back they handed me 3 soft tacos meat and cheese only............ When I calmly explained that I had ordered a number 2 and that this was not my order she got an attitude with me and said that a number 2 is meat and cheese only, even though it clearly says otherwise on the board behind her..... It was not her fault for making the wrong food as it was clearly the manager that had told her what to make,however her attitude was unacceptable. The manager during this time was obviously high, and smelled like marijuana. During the time I was waiting for my order to be fixed 5 other people had walked in with their order that had also been messed up. And it wasn't like the wrong orders was given to the wrong people, none of the orders had any food that had been ordered by any one of us. Unacceptable

I ordered two crunchy tacos and two chips and cheese. Only got the chips and cheese. Tried to call and got message that restaurant can’t answer. Will have to notify corporate in the morning and dispute my charge with the bank. How difficult of an order was it? Horrible.

After consuming food from Taco Bell on the aforementioned date, I have been experiencing symptoms such as vomiting, nausea, bloody diarrhea, and headaches. These symptoms have persisted since then and have greatly affected my overall well-being. It is evident that the food I consumed was contaminated, leading to these adverse health effects.Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention the unsanitary practices observed during my visit. I witnessed an employee, without wearing gloves, place their bare hand inside a cup to provide me with my drink. This blatant disregard for hygiene and cleanliness is deeply concerning and poses a significant risk to the health of the citizens in The Colony.I firmly believe that such unsanitary practices and food contamination not only jeopardize the well-being of customers but also put their lives at risk. If immediate action is not taken, it is highly likely that more individuals will suffer from similar health issues. In my case, the severity of my symptoms may even require hospitalization, as I am currently unable to consume any food or drink without experiencing further complications.

I like to come in the am before work, today someone asked what I wanted then I told them and they never responded, so I pulled up to the window and no one came, I came back through the line now no one is taking my order…

The food from these places are best ate immediately. They get soggy and cold way to fast. Service/food is typically friendly/fast that's a plus.
