If I could no stars I would!! I’m absolutely upset with this place. I’ve shopped here very often and have spent my good hard earned money here looking for great stuff and deals. I purchased a bag from behind the counter a Christian Dior bag to be exact and paid 183.82 for it. Then I go to make sure it was authentic just to learn it was fake!! Then I went back same day and told them the bag was fake their response was oh well no refund we don’t know what’s real or fake. Like what the hell so you mean to tell me you guys are ok with pricing bags high not knowing if they’re real or not and taking customers hard earned money and you don’t give refunds!! That’s not good or ethical and too be honest very dishonest and deceptive. When you find a bag and it’s priced 200.00 or more you’re thinking oh it’s real. If you DOUBT or don’t know then price it for 30 or 40.00 not hundreds of dollars!! I have been pissed off ever since! I DO NOT CARRY FAKE BAGS nor would I purchase them. I just want my money back and you can this fake bag back!!! I WILL NOT support this business ever again if this is how you run your business!! I will continue to be on all my social media platforms to let everyone know how this Christian based company does their customers. Make this right with me and give me back my MONEY!!!

Really good prices for the most part but so much inventory is out which makes it a bit overwhelming. Jeans aren’t organized by numbered size, only S, M, L. It feels pretty dirty and the bathrooms are downright gross!!!! Not enough cashiers. We did find things, so even though I give it only two stars, we would go back if we are in the area.

Great prices especially for tag discounts and senior Tuesday's. It does get very crowded and the checkout lines get long. I think the secret is out. Thrifting is an alternative for the increasingly higher prices at department stores and Amazon

I love to go to thrift shops, but what I hate is that THIS store prices their merchandise so high, you might as well by new. Example. I'm a teacher. I go here to find deals on books especially coloring books. I bought some coloring books on the 50% off day sale. They were priced at 1.99 so I paid $1 each. I took off the price tag, they were from the DOLLAR STORE priced at $1. I see them pricing things high so when they have these sales, they aren't really good deals. Try the GOODWILL. At least the $$ goes to a good cause.

I come to this store often, about once a week for the past year and have noticed their pricing has become outrageous. They have Lululemon pieces that were donated with $48 tags on them even if the piece is really worn out. I've also witnessed employees pulling out colored tags that match the color tag sale for that day to keep people from buying them.
One day I was in an aisle actively looking at shirts and an employee was rushing through the shirts to pull the colored tags out before I could look at them and practically forced me to move out of the aisle. Unethical business practices and price gouging.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a worker at this location, it was a 50% off sale, i understand it gets busy and overwhelming for some people, especially when things aren’t in place, but I was walking through the Jean section and one of the girls that works there, had a very bad face expression when trying to get through and didn’t even say excuse me, I can’t stand when a person walks on top of you, that is not okay, like I said I understand it’s a busy day but that doesn’t excuse that kind of attitude towards a customer! Other than that the rest of the staff is great, especially the cashiers! I won’t be coming back to this location.
