“So today I decided to treat myself to some Frisco Uptown Cheapskate that’s down the street from me! Life is short & this beautiful queen deserves it. I found a handful. The 2 gentlemen that took care of the dressing rooms were super sweet. The young gal that took care of me at the register was also super sweet & professional. Thank you for the awesome service ! Keep up the great work! 😊”

1600 Independence Pkwy, Plano TX 75075
“Stopped by with my donations & was my first time at this location. Rating 5 stars for the lady working at the center as she was very kind & graciously came to my car with a rolling cart. As for the man sitting behind the desk, he may want to explore other roles as customer service did not appear to be top of mind. Hope he's at least pleasant to his coworkers. ?”

“This Goodwill was very organized and clean. Employees were very very helpful. Nice selection of all goids. Prices were more reasonable! I am a retired teacher and lived seeing bags of stamps for kids to use! I will donate more of my teacher tools to this location!”
-
3115 W Parker Rd, Plano TX 75023
“my favorite thrift store!!! because it's not organized by size, it's more fun for me to go through the racks and find stuff depop resellers were too lazy to look through. All the criticisms regarding the no purchase no price tag rule is clearly displayed on a big wall- it's no surprise. it's just easier on the workers.”

“*** Update - also need to add that in Adam and. Victoria are just as phenomenal! I don’t know who handles the hiring process at this location but they are killing it because they both are absolute rockstars!! This location is lucky to have them!! Hands down the best Goodwill in the area and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and organized the store was. It’s obvious that the team here is committed to maintaining a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. What impressed me even more was the consistent flow of new inventory being put out on the floor, making every visit feel fresh and exciting. A big shoutout to Mac, the manager, who is truly the heart of this store. It’s clear that he is deeply involved with his team—every time I turned around, I saw him assisting his associates, offering guidance, and just being genuinely friendly and kind. The atmosphere at this store is a direct reflection of his leadership style. Even the associates, Allison, Dave, and Ashley were unbelievably sweet and helpful. Allison and Ashley greeted me from the moment I walked through the door and were so sweet and understanding answering some of my questions. And Dave is just one of the most down to earth kindest human beings I’ve ever met and was just as helpful! This Goodwill is more than just a place to shop; it’s a testament to great leadership and a team that truly cares. If you're in the area, don't miss out on visiting this outstanding store!”

“My name is Tom Wynn, I live in Greenville Texas but I work in Plano Texas and every couple of days I will go to the Goodwill in Frisco on Ohio drive. I do make purchases and I just have to say one thing about one of your cashier employees. Every time that I go there I'm always make a point to go to Elizabeth if she's checking people out because I have never been to a Goodwill that I've been so pleased with the service, the smiles, and the kind words that I've ever got from her. She is a one of a kind so don't lose her.”

9380 Prestmont Pl, Frisco TX 75035
“My niece loves this store. She a size small is always successful at finding good items. Sometimes the items appear a little dirty but who would shop at a used clothing store and not wash the items before wearing them. Yuk!!!”

602 E Round Grove Rd, Lewisville TX 75067
“I love hunting for hidden gems at this location! They even get some great brand-new overstock items from time to time (e.g. Amazon, Claire's). They recently reorganized the clothes by size (previously sorted by color 🤐) so that has made the shopping experience so much better!”
