Wow! Everytime I come in the UPS store at 5733 San Rayburn Hwy, and Jimmy is there, I ALWAYS get exceptional service! He is happy to see me, helpful, so kind and just extremely service oriented. These days people, his age are not very service oriented yet this young man is an asset to UPS He is gonna go far I can tell and you did great hiring this man!!!! I always hope he’s there when I come to UPS Way to go, Jimmy!!!

I go to this UPS Store fairly often for Amazon returns. Always fast, friendly, and professional. Even when they are busy, they make sure that you are greeted and that they do whatever is possible to take care of you as quickly as possible.
