Accidentally I had bought a zipper bag for my return and wasn't acceptable for deliveries , but the attendant at the register swiftly said they had bags at the store... So instead of returning home I bought a plastic bag and did my returns. The plastic Sack was $3.24 in total Very Expensive but was worth the 2nd trip

Horrible experience at this specific store! I was sending back a costly item using a prepaid UPS label. I requested the lady and asked her to tape my box, she made faces and she taped it only on one side so i asked her to properly tape it because it was only taped on one side and the other side was left open. I acknowledged to her that I should have taped it beforehand and apologized, requesting her to tape the other side since it was an expensive item to ensure the box remains closed during transit and she said she would have to charge me for it. I ended up going to another store and found out that the lady at this store had canceled my return, now i have to make calls and get another prepaid shipping label all because of an employee who was rude to a customer for the smallest reason and didn’t wanted to tape one side of the box. Very disappointed and never coming back to this store!

The owners and their staff are wonderful people. The staff is friendly and courteous. I cannot single out any one team member as they have all be great. A reflection of the ownership! I recommend this location highly!

This place is horrid! It’s a run down little store. Came to print a document. Can’t do it on my own as there’s no self service. One page. They charge $3.69 to print one page. What a dive. Often smells like curry too.

Jimmy was amazing helping me over the phone. I know they must have been slammed with the holidays so close, but he was very patient and made sure I had everything I needed. Absolutely excellent customer service 5/5 ⭐️

Updating my review since the team there was great and acknowledged my feedback. Again the lady working was not rude and just lacked the knowledge for a process that I have done there hundreds of times. My feedback was shared in person when I went back later and it was received and noted. Appreciate the collective team there.I am sad to rate this as a 2-star review but my experience this morning warrants it.I use this location all the time as I ship things out on a monthly basis and have never had a negative experience until today. While the employee working (Phyllis) was not rude she was not helpful at all and was extremely unprofessional. While I do not wish to see this person lose their job, I hope some training happens or at least a manual on UPS processes is provided to this person.I am a seller and when I do sell things I am provided with a QR code that UPS can scan to print out a prepaid label so I can ship with ease and speed.This morning when presenting my QR code like I've done at this location hundreds of times without issue, the lady at first said she doesn't know what that is. I explained to her that this is a pre-paid label and that the store has had no issues before performing this action. To her credit she tries to scan but she informs me she doesn't know what to press so she's just scanning the QR code hoping something will happen. Unfortunately it doesn't work out for her and even bigger unfortunate to me she tells me flat out "I don't know how to do this sorry" and proceeds to hand me back my package. She tells me to come back later when another employee is here at a different time but the mornings are usually my free time before I work. Needless to say I was pretty angry and frustrated as I had to also wait in line for 20 minutes for her to slowly check out other customers (which again is not an issue, I'm patient). I'm more frustrated being told sorry I can't do this by a supposed representative of this company and told to check back later for another employee to help me. I don't know if the fault is on this employee or if it's on training but this is unacceptable as the customer should never have to deal with a "I don't know sorry come back later" response from an employee.If you're not just dropping off and you need a label or anything I'd avoid the morning shift and come back in the afternoon. Again I do not wish to see this person fired but some customer service and process training would be beneficial.

Shipped a sleep apnea machine worth more than $1000 to CA through a woman at this store... She couldn't understand the address and asked for my phone where I had noted it down. She picked a different address and shipped it. Didn't check with me before charging or shipping. Now I have to go through the whole process of trying to file a claim and hoping i can get it back.

Always very clean, not cluttered and you can get in and out real fast. Always someone to help you and if they are busy, someone from the back comes out to help. I went to another UPS store in Sherman and was completely surprised at how they have packages piled up in the lobby waist high. This place is kept tidy and has never lost any of my packages. Thanks for doing such a great job. I feel guilty because I take so many amazon packages to them free of charge because I have Amazon Prime.

I processed a shipment from home and only had to drop it off at this UPS Store. I received a confirmation that it was dropped off, but somewhere in transit the package was lost. I have been in the store several times and have dealt with three different employees, plus the owner. All were very helpful in the process of trying to track this package and also in filing my claim. I would use this store again.

Worst experience will go out of my way not to use this store. Zee B is arrogant and rude. If I were ups I’d fire her immediately she is a horrible representative of the brand.

Horrible experience, Person tried to charged me 3 dollars to print a label black and white.Bad Attitude UPS should look into practices as they are tainting their name
