Typical government-employed worker attitude. I asked the lady at the desk about a customs form, and she just stared at me in silence like I’m an idiot. Didn’t try to help. Just handed me the customs form and said “you can come back after you fill that out”

The staff is friendly but you really need to fix/update the printer and have more staff on hand. I waited in line today for quite some time only for the label printer to break. Nobody else came to help the staff member at the desk even though she was pressing some button.

Lady was Rude from the start with a tone! Questioning I Needed 2 Qr codes when I was clear It's only One QR code for both of my items. I repeated myself more than once on What had to be done and she kept on Dismming The facts and Trying to be a Know it all. LIKE Mam just Scan my Qr code please and Charge me the bag! Period. Lady doing too much when there is a Full house Packed line waiting . just stfu and Do your job. Useless.

Amazing customer service. I rushed there right before closing and they still took care of me. I was sending gifts back home and they were very understanding. Thank you so much again.

The staff are rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. When I arrived, “System Down” signs were posted everywhere, but at least to me, it wasn’t clear what system they were referring to. I picked a mail bubbler for my item with a label in hand, but the lady told me I had to tape the label before being helped, even though she had a tape roll right next to her. Thankfully, I brought my own small tape roll, but I was asked to step aside to tape the label on my mail. I had to get back in line, and the second time I was called by a different lady, she immediately said, “Our system is down. Do you have cash? You have to pay for the mail.” I was very confused since minutes ago, a gentleman paid with card. I was also frustrated that she assumed I didn’t know I had to pay for the item... Thankfully, the “system” was back and running so I paid for my item with card. The employees were unprofessional and clearly do not communicate with each other since those signs were still posted all over.

They take multiple days a week and don’t deliver mail. This is confirmed.
This week they claimed we weren’t home to receive a certified letter. We are home always. They lied.
We requested delivery today, nothing. They don’t even bother to try.
Dishonest workers.
