Worst pharmacy experience ever at Walmart. Pharmacy tech on personal call, while I'm ordering meds and checking out. Couldn't differentiate where she was talking to me or the the phone call. Will avoid this walmart in the future.

I have used this Walmart Pharmacy location for 4, going on 5 years and have always been more than happy with their service. Always professional, polite and customer focused.

Show up at 1:27 they tell me they are closed for lunch 130-2... I said there's still 3 minutes, I'm just picking up 2 scripts. Lady looks at her clock on the wall, laughs and say no it isn't. I said well according to world time it's 1:27... Who use analog clocks theses days anyways... Tf?

We have used this pharmacy for quite some time now and they are just the best. They always assist with RX corrections and couldn't be more friendly.

Great customer service!!! Very quick, efficient and very polite. I didn’t expect my prescriptions to be ready so quickly when I just walked in. Thanks to Abdul and Thang! I appreciate you very much! I’m glad this is my new pharmacy to get my Rx’s.

I just watched the woman with the long red hair at The Colony’s Walmart Pharmacy turn away ONE old man that was behind me in line trying to pick up his medication because it was “lunch time.” That man was risking himself being out during a global pandemic that targets older people with underlying medical issues, and he was the only man left in line. The pharmacy did nothing to indicate that it was closed- the line was not roped off, and it couldn’t have been more than a couple seconds after it was time for her to go to lunch. Heartless and selfish in a time of crisis!

Definitely zero stars!! Prescription was submitted yesterday 10/10/19 was told it would be ready friday that it was approved! Went by Friday night to pick up and stated not ready that it was waiting for approval from doctor! Why do you guys tell me approved then I get there and state different???? Please call customers that way we call our doctors ourselves for a faster approval for faster service! Now it's weekend and have to wait for medication till Monday! Very bad communication and customer service! If u guys get behind and backed up get help to help customers

My doctor sent the pharmacy the scripts at 10am. I arrived at 1:30pm to find out the pharmacy is was closed until 2...presumably for lunch. I waited, went up to talk to them and they haven't filled the script yet. It's very clear they aren't patient focused, and sitting for an hour+ at a wal mart with bronchitis is not how I wanted to spend lunch. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, plenty of options.
