All Machines will fail to use detergent put into machines on multiple occasions. Staff has always been helpful, but I’ve wasted a lot of money here. Wouldn’t recommend, because they won’t fix anything.

Usually a wonderful experience but today was unlike any other. Whoever the attendant was on duty was absolutely intolerable. (THURSDAY OCT 16, 2025) I arrived around 1130 am and left around 1:07 PM) From not speaking or making herself available she literally was on her phone (speaker at that) while everyone was doing their laundry. To make matters worse she kept pacing back and forth so you couldn’t help but hear her and whoever she was talking to. I couldn’t fold my clothes quick enough. I was so ready to get out of there I thought my head would explode. I spent more time closing the doors of the washers and dryers that customers used than her because she was so busy on her phone. We have to start doing better with the people we hire because they are going giving businesses a bad name!

I really like .. it is clean and washer and dry machine works properly!! They are polite and helpful if you need something!! Amazing.. I really recommend this place and I am pretty sure that I can come in back!!

Noah, the owner, and Bonnie, the manager, have done an exemplary job in creating one of the cleanest and safest laundry mats we've ever been to...and we travel a lot. Clean, safe, modern equipment, and friendly personnel, what more could you ask for? How 'bout free wi-fi? They have that, as well!

First time customer of WaveMax (but local of the area/Frisco) and I was really impressed. I checked out the reviews and was surprised to see they have a 4.6 rating with 200+ reviews. The reviews mostly talked about the cleanliness of the laundromat and they were not kidding. I had to go to a laundromat as I am deciding whether or not to lease or buy a washer & dryer set for my apartment.
My visit date: Sunday, July 13, 2025 @ 8am CST
Unlike other local laundromats, only one or 2 machines were out of service. The female employee (sorry I didn’t get her name) was focused on your tasks and kept walking around ensuring things were kept clean and that the detergent and softener flaps were in the up positions for all washers not in use.
I went at 8am on a Sunday and it was not busy at all (they open at 7am daily).
The only thing I will say about any laundromat is that it’s the quality of the customers that normally turn laundromats into dumps. I.E., customers leaving garbage around, dropping fabric softener sheets and not picking them up, not closing dryer doors after use.
Hopefully, locals will treat this place right and allow it to stay looking pristine because from the one visit, i know the employees are doing their part.
I will visit again or recommend to anyone that needs a great clean laundromat.
Note: for any new customers of WaveMax, there is a $2.00 fee for a new laundromat card (card is required to use the machines).

WaveMAX Laundry, in the Colony was clean, equipment worked well and easy to use and functioned well and most importantly the staff were polite and very helpful especially need to highlight Bonnie who went the “second mile” for us and others.

This was my favorite place to wash until tonight. The attendant turned the tv off in the middle of Family Fued at 9:20 while we were still watching and folding our last loads. I asked him about it and he wouldn’t turn it back on. He is rude and that is horrible. The lady who is normally here is always very nice and welcoming. I hope I never have to come back here.

First time I came I broke my nail in the machine. Still gave it another chance. Dryer setting has no heat after waiting 30 minutes for clothes to dry and they are still wet. You can't even change the heat setting on machine when you have money in it. You have to wait until all your money is gone to change the settings. Threw card away. I will never come here again!!!

Nowhere on this building or online does it say closed for Holiday. I looked online before coming and it says nothing about any possible time changes. So I packed all my stuff up and drove here because it’s the cleanest and best wash around.

I enjoy going to this laundry location to wash my cloths. I'm a frequent customer almost every week. The machines are very fast. In addition, the price is affordable. I like being able to wash large loads of cloths using multiple machines. The Staff delivers great service!

Rachel is the nicest and most helpful and kind Person there! She helped me with my Semi truck Grease stained shirt and sprayed and cleaned it by hand! The washers work quick and the dryers are faster, if anyone ever needs a quick laundry day this is the Best option around! Thanks again to Rachel and wave max you got a loyal customer from here on out!

Attendant very helpful ,polite , help get a stain out , great customer service ,, i was washed and dryed in 25 minutes! Highly recommend wave max COLONY !
