I have been coming here for about a year. It's not as clean as it was when I first started coming, but I wouldn't say it was dirty. I've never encountered a problem with the washers and have only seen one dryer down. Card system is easy to use and reload. I mostly gave 3 stars because it seems like the handwritten signs are multiplying. I just think it looks TACKY. The one in the restroom was really the one that got me. Apparently there is someone who steals out of the restroom, I'm not sure what exactly but I guess that's a thing. The sign basically said that if the person steals from the bathroom again that they will not replace whatever was stolen and all of the other customers will have to suffer. I don't think that's right to be onery and not replace whatever it is they're stealing that other patrons may need to use. That only hurts the business, not the thief. When shopping cart theft got bad, retailers put anti-theft mechanisms in place to help stop the loss... they didn't threaten all customers that they would stop replacing the carts. I just can't figure out what they were stealing from the restroom that would warrant this sign... Tissue? Paper towels? Toilet brush? If a sign MUST be made.... at least type it up and print it out. That doesn't seem like it would take too much effort.(There are more handwritten signs, but I didn't take a picture of them all)

Fantastic laundry service! It is such a huge relief to be able to drop off laundry for full wash/dry/fold service to save what little free time I have from work. The team is absolutely amazing and does a superb job every time.I cannot recommend this laundromat enough! Thank you to the entire team for providing such a great experience!

I haven't been to a laundromat in about 20 years. WOW! This place is phenomenal! Fast, clean, and pretty cost effective experience!I had to ask for assistance, as there are no quarters involved. Super friendly staff! 6 loads in under 2 hours. Thanks Paige & Tiana! ✌️❤️

It was my first time here so I did not know what to expect. Our washer drain line fell victim to the recent Texas arctic blast, which prompted us to search for a laundromat. I have not had to go to a laundromat since 2000, so I was completely clueless as to where to begin my search. Enter WAVEMAX.The very task of having to do laundry is daunting. When you have access to your own washer and dryer in your own house, it’s different, because it is right there, but when you have a water emergency and you can no longer do laundry until your equipment is restored to its pre-loss condition, and you begin to think of all the effort it takes to actually bring your load of dirty clothes to a place where you are uncertain or uncomfortable since it is your first time, it tends to give me serious anxiety.My Mom and I walked in and were immediately greeted and assisted by Paige, a delightful, patient, helpful, and friendly attendant. I explained that it was my first time here and she explained what they offered - from everything regarding detergent/fabric softener preference to color separation and we opted for the wash/dry service. I requested an estimate for wait time and Paige said it would be no later than 3pm. She patiently walked me through their process and my anxiety was immediately eased. I left our bag of clothes with them and WaveMax sent me a text when my clothes were ready to be picked up. The turn around time was very quick. I received a text telling me that my clothing order was received at 1:01PM and by 2:39PM I received another text telling me that my laundry was ready.Overall, I was very impressed and satisfied with how clean and fresh the clothes were and would use the service again in the future. She even washed and dried my reusable, recyclable, shopping bags. We will be frequenting WaveMax for the next several months while our flooring is restored to pre-loss condition, necessary repairs are made, and our washer and dryer are reconnected. Thank you, Paige for eliminating my anxiety.

The two young ladies that were working were SO sweet and patient. It was a bit overwhelming and they were nothing but absolute gems!Everything is clean, plenty of carts, a free charge your device station, books to keep littles busy. 10/10 would come back again!!

They need more attentive on site employees. Supplies were low and out in the restroom, and people were holding larger washers by putting dirty clothes in them, so others could not use them.

Nice laundry! Clean, comfy and nice looking. I like that I can use app to pay for wash/dry cycles. New washers with delicate wash program. Also there are lot of benches to chill while waiting.

This place is amazing! Super clean and very comfortable environment! I have to say I was a bit surprised how nice this place is being most laundry mats are not so clean and have a questionable environment!

I have written a review prior (look for Julie D on 12.22.2022 YELP which I gave them five star because it was amazing. My washer finally bit the dust for good and so I decided to go back to the WaveMAX Colony location to see the nice owners and Paige who took care of me in 2022. However, the owners just sold to new owners but Paige is still there and even remembered me a year later. Very impressive. The reason for the one star now is that they increased the rate from $1 per pound to $1.59 per pound. I researched and this is way overboard for a fluff n fold. Maybe one star is harsh but want them to know this is too much of a jump. I would not pay that at any location clean or pitiful.

Haven’t been to a laundromat in ages, so my research led me to WaveMAX because I liked the idea of not having to use coins, and the previous reviews were pretty good and they seemed very clean. Went in this week planning to wash a king sized comforter that my home washer and dryer failed to do two attempts prior. As I’m standing trying to understand the payment system- not even inside 2 minutes- a very nice young lady who’d just wrapped up with another patron came over to assist me. She could tell it was my first time there so she asked what I was washing and gave me the lay of the land: machine type, best settings to use, price to wash and dry, and pay options. All upfront so I didn’t waste money or ruin my comforter- and to ultimately leave the most satisfied. I settled into the information and was prepared to spend about an hour and a half doing my laundry. I’m 9 months pregnant, so That all changed with her next magical words- “You could also choose to do laundry service, that way you could leave it with me to wash and come back and pick it up later. It’s only about $1 more and you don’t have to pay for the laundry card fee!” Without hesitation- I gladly handed over my bag and money!I received text notifications of the progress/status and time for pickup. It was ready way before I expected - only took an hour.When I went back for pickup, the young man who checked me out generously carried it out to my car!Overall- the service, price, and quality were all outstanding! I thought I was going to have to buy a new comforter- which I didn’t want to have to do. It was fully restored and smelled super fresh again. I’m a beyond delighted customer and shall return!

Great laundromat. Their space is clean, staff is friendly, machines are very high-quality. I love that it texts me when my loads are finished. It's super easy to load funds to my card. They have a good amount of washers in various sizes for your wash needs. They also offer wash/fold service, I've never tried that though. I'll definitely be back for larger items I can't wash at home.

I did laundry last night I was in and out and under an hour and that's with me folding dozens of small towels. I didn't know how to use the system but the young lady working told me what to do and then as I was figuring it all out also offered her assistance. Such a nice person.10:30 Saturday morning I come in to learn that Saturday is a popular day for doing laundry and I end up dropping off all my own laundry with the sweetest lady to be picked up later tonight. I'm only one person so I didn't have that much maybe four loads. All that coming in at under $50 not to be folded but I'll fold later. I'll continue using this place.
