After 13 years I'm closing my account because they put holds on checks with an "Issued" status and expect me to wait 7 days to release my funds. Once this is cleared up, I'll zero out this account and take my business elsewhere.

Been a customer for many years. Always had good experiences with the manager Connie. Worked with other reps and have my safe deposit box in the location. Never any issues getting my business career for.

I have banked at this location for over 20 years both personally and for my business. The team there is amazing, really knows my needs and always gets it right. I've tried other banks and even WF locations, nobody holds a candle to WF in The Colony!

No safety deposit boxes available. In fact, the bank manager indicated there are no safety deposit boxes available in all of Texas. If there were any boxes left, a good manager would research and locate the next available box in Wells Fargo. Perhaps the manager could have offered to put me on a waiting list as an option too. If you are looking for bank service to go above and beyond to help you, this is not the bank to go to. The people who work here would rather go home at quitting time, than to extend their assistance. I have a mortgage with Wells Fargo. After this incident, I am reconsidering finding a new mortgage company that has better than one star service. If you don't service your customer, someone else will.

Management sucks, tellers don't know what they are doing and they don't even care about the clients needs! They should close this branch obviously they are not doing their job Avoid this sucky place!!!!

Never had a problem with Wells Fargo until I went to this branch. Esther was not very helpful at all. In fact as she stood behind the counter and waited for us to come up with options she sat and stared ominously into dead space. we attempted every way possible to put money into my account and all Wells Fargo and Ester did was stand and state the words NO can not do that, unless we were opening a new account. We left feeling like we were scum and criminals for wanting our own bank to help services us. Absolutely appalled!!!!!!

One of my least favorite branches. It's hard to get to, tucked back behind several other businesses, and the staff always takes forever. There's never been a line when I've been in but my very simple requests (usually just a cash withdrawal) always take 7-10 minutes. I don't understand how this is even possible. They always look at me like I'm a criminal or something too because I'm in gym clothes. I'll make sure to come in wearing a suit next time.

I still don't feel like this branch is trustable. A few years ago, we deposited $800 in one of this branches atms... the atm never deposited it. We tried to get in touch with this branch and they pretty much told us there was nothing they could do because we didn't have a receipt. Well we didn't have it because the machine didn't offer a receipt. Now I just plain don't use wf unless I absolutely have to. No one has bothered to try to make this right or anything.

Both yelp and google maps show the bank is open till 2, yet the door says they close at 1. In the amount of time that it's taken me to write this review, I've seen an additional 5-6 people walk up and try to go into the bank so.....

Hands down the worst Wells Fargo I have ever been to. I asked to have an overdraft fee explained to me and reversed, instead she said "lets update your address". She then spent 15 minutes updating my address. I then asked her to make a savings to checking transfer, spent another 15 minutes sitting there waiting until she said she couldn't make the transfer without a charge going through. I told her tellers do this all day long with no fees so I'll just go do it up there. I asked her 2-3 questions while I was waiting on the address changes she deemed so important and she couldn't answer any of them- just stared at me blank faced. Thanks for waste my time and confirming I need to switch banks.

I don't even have an account with them, but when my bf and I LEFT BOA to come here to try and receive a personal loan, and they were nothing but helpful, there building itself was much better than BOA, and we received the loan with no hidden fees/catches, and the simple and efficient service you would expect! I may just open an account here!

Tracy the "service" manager needs to understand you don't YELL out a customers transaction for the whole bank to hear I am withdrawing A few thousand. What if someone robbed me right outside your branch??? Thanks Tracy. The Teller was kind but Tracy your service was very disappointing.

Very slow service at this location. There was only one teller helping a line of 7 people. 2 people couldn't wait and ended up walking out. If you're in a hurry do not come to this location to make a withdrawal.

Simple instructions, took 45 minutes to withdrawal, deposit a check and cash into separate account
