I went into this Wells Fargo to get a document notarized. Johanna the bank representative who helped me was fantastic. Friendly, kind, compassionate, helpful, and funny. Slowest branch I have ever been to. They literally use two people to help one person even when there are 4 people in line. Waited 20 minutes just to make a simple cash withdrawal. Had to come inside because the ATM wouldn’t allow for over $100.

In my Wells Fargo account, I deposited a cashier's check that came from another bank from a bank account under my name. After three days, I didn't see the funds available, so I Went to the bank, and a Wells Fargo employee told me the check was on hold because I hadn't deposited this amount before and I would have my money available the fifteen days. I call to the customer service line, and a woman told me that Wells Fargo hadn't cashed the check; I told her to place a comment that they shouldn't cash the check because I would request the issuer bank to cancel the check. When I asked for the check cancelation, Wells Fargo already cashed the check. When I called back Wells Fargo customer service to inquire about my money, they told me there was nothing I could do and that it didn't matter that they had my money. The access would be granted to me within 12 days. With a sarcastic tone, the woman, says soo sorry!

This branch is very racist. They wouldn’t cash my returned down payment check from a dealership. I have been banking with them for 7 years and have never given them a bad check. Wells Fargo won’t be seeing another dime from me.

After 13 years I'm closing my account because they put holds on checks with an "Issued" status and expect me to wait 7 days to release my funds. Once this is cleared up, I'll zero out this account and take my business elsewhere.

Bunch of useless people are at this location. Unfortunately this is the closest location to me and I have changes bank now. I have horrible customer service at this location many times. Wish I could give them zero stars.

The staff at this location is very friendly but I don’t understand the bank’s (Wells Fargo) policy of drive thru only. Everything in Texas is open at 100% except for the banks, why is that???

I went to cash a business check and recently been having problems with them. I have been with this company for years and as of recently been coming into issues with them. I went to cash a business check with them as i said from my own account and they charged me a fee of 7.50 for withdrawing from my own account. I have never encountered this before and the attitude and environment felt off , I don’t like nor was i ever informed of this change in policy and there was little information on the why behind it. This encounter was just the tip of the iceberg to other issues i have been having with them and i just at this point am fed up.

Been a customer for many years. Always had good experiences with the manager Connie. Worked with other reps and have my safe deposit box in the location. Never any issues getting my business career for.
