Amazing experience! I worked with Paul F. for my inspection and he gave me a very detailed and thorough inspection with high res pictures and clear explanations of all the work that was done. I now am more than confident about the condition of my potential home, and even have some leverage to renegotiate my offer. Paul was even kind enough to hop on a call with me and my real estate agent at night to go over some of our questions. He truly went above and beyond, and I HIGHLY recommend him and this company to anyone needing an inspection on their home. Even if you don’t feel like you need one, if you haven’t had an inspection in the past 4+ years, you should get one with him to be safe.

I have used this company twice now and the work they provide is 5 stars. Reports are emailed promptly and are very detailed. Easy payment options, service pricings/options, and forms to sign are all digital making things easily accessible. The inspectors are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain things to home owners in a way we can understand. ??

They did such good job that I walked away from the home purchase! Paul performed my inspection October 11, it was a very thorough and helpful. There was many issues that were found beyond what I could visually see. They saved me thousands of dollars in potential repairs that I would have spent if I purchased the house. I would hire A Plus Inspections again.

After a lot of research, I decided to go with A+ Inspections of Texas and I am happy with my choice. We had Ronald as our inspector yesterday for our new build house. I showed him some areas of concern and spoke to him when we first arrived and expressed that I was hoping for a detailed inspection because of the horror stories I've seen online with new construction. I left for about 3 hrs and came back so he could walk me through his findings. He was very thorough and got the report to me before I even got back home. I am very pleased with his work and plan to hire him for a re-inspection after the builder has a chance to repair some of the deficient items that Ron found. Overall, highly recommend A+ Inspections of Texas
