I purchased a Schlage door lock from this store and was able to get it rekeyed here too. They price-matched the lock with a competitor too! It was quick, the staff was professional.

Called to ask if they copied car keys, answer was straight yes and I said, I am on my way. When arriving I was first told they only cut in house keys. I said fine, so be it. (Had Amazon raw keys with me ) Then they couldnt even find Escalate keys in their systems. Told them lokm for GM 2013, still not able to copy those either. Not cool, first saying can't cut yours, then saying we don't have GM keys to begin with. Not sure what to make of it. Def ask if they have the raw keys for your vic.

I’m a quite guy, horrendous customer service, acted like it was a horrible task, just to speak to me and point me in the right direction also rat poop everywhere.

Just walked out of the store with sample paints. Didn’t catch his name but the person at the paint corner was very friendly and SUPER helpful! Really appreciate the help!

I recently went to this store to get some pellets for my Traeger and left having purchased a Weber Genesis S-335 natural gas grill. The grill was a bargain I couldn’t pass up at 50% off regular price. They assembled, delivered and hooked up the new grill for me and hauled away my old grill! My buying experience from the moment I entered the store all the way through delivery was second to none. The store staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The delivery staff also went above and beyond. I highly recommend this store, they know how to treat their customers and ensure complete satisfaction.

I've been a customer of ACE the woodlands since the past 10 years. The store is very convenient and is very well stocked, however, I've noticed lately that the employees don't acknowledge or help unless you ask for. I used to enjoy coming here because the older men who used to work in the store were very knowledgeable and very helpful and all of them always asked if everything was fine every time I passed by an employee. I feel that the customer service that used to differentiate ACE form Lowe's or home Depot is gone. I hope things get back to the way they were before where employees where helpful and knowledgeable.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. There's also a cute boutique attached to this so he can look at tools and she can look for unique items. They were giving out popcorn the day I went too. Very neighborly type hardware store.

Store is well stocked, employee to customer ratio is excellent. Employee product knowledge very good. Employee professionalism is what the big box stores are missing
