I've been a tenant with Advantage Asset Managementfor the past three years and, have consistently been impressed with their level and speed of service.Recently, they addressed a pipe issue in my house in literally a "snap", reflecting their commitment to efficiency and satisfied tenants.Their entire team is very polite and attentive and focused on making sure that any type of maintenance needs are promptly and effectively addressed. They're also personable and this makes every interaction with them a pleasant experience (personally, the way things are today, I'll take pleasant interactions anytime they arise).It literally is a comfort, to rent from Advantage Asset Management.

I'm not happy at all with my experience thus far and I just moved in two weeks ago. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. The toilet has been clogged for 5 days even after using the plunger. The tub has been backing up sewage also for the past 5 days. I have not been able to use the bathroom or shower at my apartment. No one has called or come to try and fix the plumbing. I made calls to the maintenance hot light several times a day for the past 5 days. NOT EVEN A CALL BACK! UPDATE!!!!!!! Help has come. They sent over a very helpful maintenance man name Howard who is on the job. Thank you

We love the house. We don't love how it's managed.When we viewed the home, we were told it hadn't been cleaned yet, which was more than fine, because we viewed it quickly after it went on market.Our Advantage agent was almost non-responsive, unless the conversation was about money. We would not have gotten answers and necessary information unless our real estate agent held them accountable.We were told to text a picture of our first payment which we weren't willing to do. When we got there, the house hadn't been cleaned, there was still the same pile of dirt in the dining room, paint buckets were all over the living room, carpets are bubble and worn, there is no way for us, as the new tenants, to access the home's security system ourselves, the hot water heater needed to be replaced immediately, the master bathroom shower looked like a half finished project and paint needed to be scraped off the kitchen floors and appliances.As we set up different accounts, such as electric and water, we were notified of the overdue balances of Advantage, not only on our property, but multiple other properties.So, in the month from our deposit to our move-in, there seemed to be no effort to take care of the minimal effort things that should have been taken care.

Anytime I have a maintenance request Howard is over to fix the problem. He gets the job done and the work speaks for itself. Howard always answers my calls or any questions I may have. May I add he always gets the job done in a timely manner. He has many talents when it comes to fixing things. If I ever have a maintenance problem he is the one I call. Thank you Howard. I appreciate your work ethic and professionalism.

Just wanted to touch base and let you know that within 24 hours of placing our maintenance request, the garage door is fixed. Also, the day we were hit by lightning and lost power, an electrician was here within several hours. I’m so glad there’s a place where we can write a review and let folks know how responsive Advantage is! Thank you.
