I absolutely love our local Whole Foods. My daughter and I are in here almost every week. We love all the fresh produce, meats, breads ans we love ordering the pizzas. We have pizza night almost every other week. I love how fresh their pizza is and how it is fresher and cheaper than your other pizza chains. Another reason why I LOVE Whole Foods is because they actually check the expirations on all the products there. I can't tell you how many other grocery stores sell you spoiled food and you not know till you get home and have to check the expiration date. They are very good at keeping up with dates on their inventory. They have wonderful staff and are always very helpful!

To be honest this Whole Foods is just fair. Why? * Popular bread items run out fast. This is super annoying. * The food buffet bar needs more attention after initial set up * Popular sale items run out almost immediately. Ie salmon lox * sushi is way overpriced. * And please people ~ leave your pets outside. On a brighter note: * there meat and seafood Department is there shinning star. Good product selection coupled with excellent service. * There produce department also does a good job. Bon appetite.

I was at this store yesterday. Seemed like a very nice store until the check out line. Where I was treated like an unwanted shopper by the checker. As I laid my food down NEVER said a word to me. She rang my food up, then just stood there looking at me?? I paid for the food and she gave me my receipt... and never said anything. No thanks,, no thanks have a nice day. She just stared at me as if angry. Was it because I did not have a mask on? Because I am a man? Or was because I am white? She just stared at me with some measure of disdain while the bagger, bagged my food. As I finally said to her" Your Welcome"... the bag boy said to me "thank you and have a nice day". At least the bag boy was polite. Was it because I did not have a mask on?? I am 69 years old and am a card carrying vaccinated person. Was she rude because I am white?? I don't know what her problem was but I will not be treated like that by anyone! I wont be going back to that Whole foods or any of your stores.

Amazon sucks, and this store is toxic. All the employees here are toxic - it must trickle down from Amazon. They constatnly talking s*** about customers. I went over to the prime area to ask where the bathroom was because it is not in a clear location, and I heard the workers talking s*** about me after I left. How toxic do you have to be to actively want to s*** on customers? Y'all are disgusting. Please fire people who are gonna s*** on other people for no good reason, otherwise you're gonna lose money...

Unbelievable that this grocery retailer can sell overpriced produce that is near the spoilage state. On several occasions, produce was spoiled or rotten just after three days. It's not worth the hassle of returning to the store each time for a refund. Done with "Amazon's Grocery Experiment"

The beer bar is permanently closed. This was the only reason to shop here. Tried to buy some beer from the fridge and ask questions of the beer worker. He didn't even know what brands they carry. We had to teach him. Went to check out. Asked the cashier a question about our Prime account and she was a complete snot (forgive the term but it is what fits). She was obviously in a great hurry to get back to chatting with the neighboring cashier.

I love the fact that I can grab a fresh green smoothie at the coffee bar. They are delicious and refreshing. However at my last visit this week, I was grossed out when the staff handled money, the register, a wet towel to wipe down a surface, cups and lids, touched her face and then the frozen produce for my smoothie with bare hands. Between eight customers, she didn't wash her hands at all. This is why I'm giving the coffee-bar two-stars. (Overall however, this store is a five star.)

I came here mainly for vegan Alfredo sauce as I cannot have any dairy products. I found so many products that are gluten free, grain free, soy free, no gmo ! I indulged in few snacks from here as well. I have to come back to stock up in more goodies. The store was very clean and organized! The employees were nice and helpful as well.

Asked them to check for a gift card. They spent five minutes pretending to check. "No gift card". Go to store. There is gift card.

I visit this store frequently early in the morning. My experience is always fantastic. The cashiers are very careful with my groceries, securing produce containers and double-wrapping meat and frozen foods. I could not be happier.

I had enough time to redownload yelp and write this review before being checked out. Tonight's cashier's and manager were the three slowest moving employees i've ever seen in my damn life. I've been second in line for what feels like forever, at least 15 minutes at this point and I expect to be here another ten minutes at the pace he is moving. It is unbelievable, I literally didn't think it was possible to move this slow. God help me get out of this line before my heart explodes from the stress of watching someone move like they're underwater.

I cannot believe all the bad reviews! Just wow. coming from Los Angeles I actually thought this store was amazing and everyone was so nice and helpful. We spent a good 500 on amazing produce and groceries and a very nice gentleman helped me with my groceries. Will be coming back again very soon. Last night I actually did an online order and it came right on time with all the items I had delivered.

I bought some valentine roses that were on special for under $20 for two dozen, and nine days later they are even more beautiful than when they were in the budding stage. I always hesitate to buy roses because they seemed to only last for four days at the most, But I won't hesitate to buy fresh flowers at Whole Foods now. Also, their produce, produced in the best manner, is just better than the other stores in the Woodlands, And sometimes the prices are surprisingly better on organic!

Never believe anything you are told with this location. If you go and visually see what you are buying, fine. Purchasing off the app is a joke. Customer service is horrendous. Shop HEB. BTW. When they screw up your order. All the offer is a refund in 3-5 days.

I would give this store 0 stars if I can. The people working here are rude and not friendly at all. I wanted to return a jar of marinara sauce after realizing I grabbed too many jars. When I went back to the aisle to return it, a worker was organizing the shelf. Because of Covid I didn't want to just come close to her and return the jar to the designated shelf when she was right in front of it so I told her I would have to return an item. She rudely said: "what?", took the item and rolled her eyes as if saying why I just didn't do it myself. I was trying to be respectful of her space because of social distancing. I was even the one that thanked her afterwards. Please hire people who can offer good customer service. With the steep prices in WF, having rude employees won't help keep your customers.
