Excellent customer service rendered by banker Vivian, who resolved all my issues in creating a personal account. Despite not having certain documents, i was guided through the process very patiently. Vivian is very professional and helpful. She even went the extra mile to re-send my debit card to the branch as I did not receive it in my address. This branch is highly recommended for an amazing customer experience.

Absolutely HORRIBLE bank. I have not had a debit card to access my own money since December 2021 no lie I have called for weeks Since the new year I finally got a debit card and it was the same card they blocked for fraud back in December I have been told time and time it's been sent or will be fed exes and I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A NEW CARD at the end of March 2021!!!!!!! All my bills are auto draft and I'm paid weekly this has been an absolute nightmare in regards to closing the account I already tried and took out all my money and it blocked my check that was deposited the same day so I couldn't access that the entire weekend they give no temporary cards and the customer service is the absolute worse

This bank has been taken over by Jews in Utah (Zions Bancorporation). And it has never been the same. They began charging FEES never seen before. Interest on the Kick account is nearly 20%, but that wasn't enough. Now they change $7.50 for each transfer of funds to checking accounts. But savings accounts earn nothing. I once had $100,000 in savings accounts, and they didn't even pay $10/Year interest. Then they set you up for more fees. I can find my checking account low with some checks yet to clear. I add money as needed, and the account never went negative. But the next day they hit me with another $7.50 fee, or even an illegitimate $35 insufficient check fee. These BUMS ARE CROOKS!!!~ Walk into the place and feel the COLD reception! It's like they work for the government, and the greeting is more like "what the hell do you want"? The turnover rate among employees is terrific. Must be a poisoned work environment.

Bank allowed an account to be closed by someone that was not legally able to. I guess if you are friends with someone at the bank you can do anything you like, even if it is illegal.

I went in this morning to close a personal account after having it for 12 years.Not once did the teller or Manager ask for a reason or express any concern.They did however feel it was necessary to point out FOUR times that if there were any automatic withdrawals in the next 30 days it would place the account in an overdraft status.Then the teller thought an acceptable parting comment was "now you can take going to the bank off your to do list".

Received on line instructions from someone who was very nice and patient on a transaction I had to get done; however, I was not able to get in which was probably the firewall from my work computer. Called bank this morning to try to get in person help. I spoke to Ana W. and she es able to get this done for me and all I had to do was go through the drive-thru and sign. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service!!

This Bank service is TERRIBLE , machine is not working and count money behind wall and can not verify what she is doing , Do not listen what customer say, He just said " LISTEN, LISTEN MY MACHINE IS BROKEN " Teller is NOT trained well, Do not know what to do. Need more professional business.

My banker, Monica, is awesome. When I have any banking problems I can call her, rather than some 800 number with the big banks. She knows me, understands my business, and gets things done. I love the fact that I am not just some number, but her client.

This is the worst bank. Not this location, but the bank. If you deposit through the ATM of checks or cash, the deposit will not be available for 24 hours because they have to get it out of the ATM to verify it is there. Any other bank, it is instant, especially cash. They even delay deposits from credit card terminals. The worst business account we have ever had. We are closing our account and moving to another bank.

After my one experience with Amegy, they have ensured I will never be a customer. Please allow me to explain. I had a $427 check from an organization where I am on the Board of Directors. It was reimbursement for some expenses I had with the organization. This organization has their checking account set up with Amegy bank. I put the check in my wallet knowing I would drive by an Amegy bank soon enough and would simply stop in and cash it. I was in The Woodlands and stopped in here to cash it. I walked up the teller and explained I was not a customer but simply wanted to cash a check drawn on their bank account. They informed me since I was not a customer, they would charge me $5 to cash the check. I told them that was ludicrous since it was a checking account at THEIR bank. She said it was policy. I reiterated to her that although I was not a customer, that policy just ensured I never would be. I took my check and walked out. I cashed it later at my credit union. Bottom line - Policies that treat non-customers like peasants. I won't be back.

Drive through experience with Lillian was awful. She must still be in training. At least I hope she is because she in not knowledgeable and very short in her "responses" She gave wrong information and when corrected was still short. Give me my check back and let me go to a different bank. Thanks. Won't go there again. Lord what ever happen to customer service? I get it's 4:40pm and you close at 5pm. We all want to run out the door, however, hours are until 5pm; that means you still have to offer customer service until 5pm. Not subpar service. Get with the program!
