The treatment towards customers is good only that they take a long time to attend to you I took a defective product and it took a long time for them to assign me a technician and to top it off I waited a long time for the technician and they without worrying about the valuable time of one

We went on a Saturday around lunchtime to upgrade a phone. Of course, it was busy. However, the staff was organized, friendly, and efficient. I had several employees approach me to ask if I needed assistance. If you need assistance with an issue regarding your phone, you will need tk visit the Genius Bar. For the Genius Bar, I highly recommend setting an appointment online in advance. If you are visiting the store to make a purchase, and appointment is not necessary. Overall, for being as busy as it was, it was still a good experience.

I ordered one of their products online and requested to be able to pickup at this store.
I was asked for a window time to check in, so I picked up the time and showed up at the time scheduled.
Later I knew that I still had to wait for a confirmation email that ended up notifying 1.5 hrs later.
My complaint is about the customer experience. I was directed to a person who would help me to get my product. Well it happens that such person treated me very rude and wasn't courteous at all.
First he acted upset that I first showed up without the QR code and then he asked me to return later with it.
He acted impatient, upset and didn't treat me with respect. This store needs to provide a better customer experience.
I not surprised that other reviews share the same problems.

The store was extremely busy but I guess it may have been because my visit was on a weekend.

Cris and Daniel greeted us when my husband and I came in. They listened to all my questions and showed me a bunch of cool features on the Macbook air that would be super helpful to me as a teacher. They also told me their personal experiences with the Air. They were just super friendly and helpful and understood that we couldn't purchase today, but we are in the market to in the next month. No pressure, just helpful and honest. They deserve a raise for sure! Haha. Thank you Cris and Daniel, I hope you see this.

I was in a pinch before my flight with less than an hour to spare, and today Taylor truly saved the day. Taylor quickly diagnosed my phone and gave me both the good and the bad news: the charging port was the issue, and there wasn’t a quick way to fix it. Still, Taylor came up with a creative solution using a wireless charger that got me back on track and to my flight with time to spare.
Taylor handled a tough situation with grace and professionalism. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. If I lived nearby, this would absolutely be my home Apple Store.

Was looking to trade in my phone for a 17, they didn’t have it but Derrick was very kind and helpful. By the time I reached him I had already been to 2 Apple stores and one AT&T store , to which all of them gave me wrong information along with an attitude. He made my short time with him a positive one and I just wanted to show appreciation!

Awful employees here. I sent my son to buy a new iMac, and the employee sold him a defective iMac that is incredibly slow. Asked for a return and said I missed the return time. The employees here are taking advantage of young customers. Awful place and customer service. I wasted $1500 for a bad computer.

I went to trade in a 12 for a 15. the sale went ok, could of been better, they kept harassing me about Apple Care, it is good I am a good person because it could of easily gone to shit. Apple Corp, you are stressing out your employees on this Apple Care crap. I thought one was about to cry. However during setup of phone, RJ was very helpful
Update: Getting a 17 P M, I used the Apple Website. It didn't make fun of the configuration I wanted, or call over other Apple Store employees and tell them of the Config I wanted and had a laugh. When I told the website No on Apple Care, it didn't harass me or call over other employees to try and convince me to buy apple care. I bought air pods from BB and the cashier was surprised when I said No to apple care. Before she could say anything else I threatened her. She handed me my air pods and said have a nice day.
