I never would have expected anything less than a week for my MacBook repair, but uBreakiFix by Asurion blew my expectations away! In less than two days, I received a voicemail saying my device was ready for pickup. The deductible was practically nothing compared to the $900 I would have paid through Apple. From the initial claim to walking out with my MacBook back in hand, the escommunication was phenomenal. I usually feel awkward in boutique-style stores, but the good vibes here made me feel right at home. Santiago was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process. The quality of service and attention to detail were outstanding. I can't recommend uBreakiFix enough—definitely ask for Santiago!

Santiago was able to successfully recover all of my pictures and apps! I had gone to a different location and was told they wouldn't be able to recover them. Decided to stop in this location after having repairs done here, and I couldn't be happier!

This store is full of and ran by the laziest people on the planet. EVERY ubreakifix does recycling for older devices but these guys lie and say they don’t. Their store is massive as well but they’ll just lie and say they don’t do it at all. Don’t take it from these guys, they 100% do recycling so don’t take no for an answer. Easily the worst ubreakifix in the area.

It was such an easy experience, ypu make your claim, drop off your phone and come back a few hours later to pick up your device. Super simple and easy. Highly recommend them. Thy guys were great!

Samsung support offered better service. This place was supposed to be Samsung certified but instantly misdiagnosed the issue.

Came in thinking i was going to need to replace my charing port on my s23 ultra and not looking forward to that bill. But Santiago wanted to give cleaning out my charging port a go before moving forward with the more costly repair and it worked. I would 100% recommend him for any repairs as he didn't just go ahead and do the repair that would of given them more money, he tried other alternatives first.

Santiago is amazing. Honestly I think I clued him in on where that name came from with where in the world is Carmen Sandiego but I tell you what his attentiveness you so outgoing very respectful and you know just knocked it out so quick I couldn’t believe it I was prepared to wait 30 minutes and I Was there for maybe two minutes? Keep up the amazing work I’ll come back here for all my needs in the future
