Went to the mall for other reasons but husband had busted his phone recently so we went into this store. We watched two very happy people with smiles on their faces leaving and we were immediately catered to. Not only did Julio save us money, he told us every promotion we could get our hands on and we definitely took advantage! Without him we would’ve never known that watched are bogo right now?? Yes sir. These guys are awesome.

had a great experience at this AT&T store! Even though the store was busy, both Fernando and Jared were incredibly professional and welcoming. As soon as I walked in, they made eye contact and acknowledged me right away, which made me feel seen and valued. They asked me to wait just a moment, and once they were free, they helped me through the entire process of getting a new phone with patience and clarity. I really appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. Highly recommend this location – thank you, Fernando and Jared!

Things did get a little escalated but Ali was able to make everything right and took care of me. Gabriel was also great with Setting up my new phone!

Gustavo at the Woodlands store was fired for lying to us and God knows how many others and our phone bill has been extra high since we started with this worthless joke of a company, 4 months in and apparently the bill has to work itself out to what supposed payment (lied to just to get us in the door) …. Switched back to T-Mobile !!! They are the real deal AT&T is worthless 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I was very on the fence about changing phone providers but you could not beat the deals that AT&T was offering. Fernando walked me through the process and gave the best service to my family and I. If you want low pressure customer driven service, ask for Fernando. He went above and beyond and even gave me some good reccomemdations for the area as we are not local.

Honestly very good service at this location. Julio help me with a phone that I wanted to upgrade. He gave me a good price monthly. I’ll be coming to this location from now on.

I honestly never write reviews but Fernando the salesperson really helped me with my billing issue that I was charged extra. Also the manager was really nice. Will be coming to this store for all of my phone stuff.

Love this AT&T location! Came in for an upgrade first thing in the morning and was immediately assisted by Store manager and associate. Quick and easy they helped me transfer all my stuff onto my new advice and informed me of their promotions as well. This is my second time upgrading at this location with a great experience. If they don't have the specific phone with color and storage they will have it ordered and sent directly to you. I was paying more at T-Mobile previously before switching over and I get more value with AT&T bundled with internet and my phone. I always recommend this location to friends and family!

This store has amazing reps and is kept up very well. Great atmosphere and service every time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Don’t go to the one across the street, they are rude and always packed.

Would have liked a little more assistance than I received. I was having difficulty getting my issue resolved through to the call centers, asked to speak to a manager hoping that we might better escalate my problem. Manager stated that stores don’t troubleshoot and are more for sales than assisting with issues like mine.

This store in the woodlands is just the worse, I got cheated out of an iPhone, allegedly doing a trade in and I was enrolled in a non trade in promotion without my knowledge. They still kept my old phone. Customer service at ATT basically said Its my problem. I have been an ATT customer for over 14 years. Disappointing
