I've been an ATT mobile customer since they bought cingular wireless. So a number of years. It's very quickly coming to an end. This will be the last phone I buy from ATT.Customer service inside the store was fine. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 in July 2023, which I ended up having to order because they didn't carry inventory in a phone store where they sell phones. Received my new phone at home, set up & immediately went back to the ATT store to trade in my Galaxy S9 for the deal to be credited monthly on my bill.I've called customer service Every. Single. Month. Finally, in October 2023, ATT said they confirmed my trade-in & in 60 days, I would start getting my credit on my bill. Here we are in JANUARY 2024!!!! AND I STILL HAVE NO CREDIT ON MY BILL!!! Customer service on the phone is a nightmare. Stabbing myself in the eye with a fork would be more pleasant than buying a new phone from AT&T! This trade-in deal is a SCAM! Run away and get a phone from another service before it's too late!

I've been with AT&T before it was AT&T and in all those years this was by far the best experience I have ever had at one of their stores. Myles and the rest of the staff were super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend this store over all the others I have been to.

Shout Out for Nathan TMobile rep who helped me receive my TMobile Tuesday cooler bag. It was how he helped me with his positive service and can do attitude. I am 20 1/2 years T Mobile customer and the reason is Customer Service as in Nathan!!Also thanks to Ramon too!!

Horrible service. Go to T-mobile. My internet has been down for 11 days and they keep saying 24 to 48 hours. Saying that since day one.

We had wonderful service with Mujeeb. We entered the store not long before closing, and he set up new service for us, saving over $100/month from our current cellular plan! Certainly recommend visiting him if you need cellular service!

Mohammed was amazing! He helped get a complicated situation in check and even helped us save money. Was able to upgrade to a new iPhone 14 because of the savings.

Wow! This was the best experience by far at an AT&T store, and I have to thank store employee Derek for his outstanding customer service.I hesitantly went to the mall to purchase our new smart watches and grumbled with my husband that I did not want to deal with AT&T because of the bad experiences we've had in the past at other locations.As soon as we walked into this location, Derek approached us and immediately asked us how he could help. Within five minutes, he hadhad us sitting at the table, had our account opened and was helping us finalize our purchase. He was very patient and made it a point to explain everything, and answer questions. I can tell you, I was very pleased.Additionally, he helped me with some technical issues I had hooking up my watch to my phone line. I purchased the watch, and had it delivered and could not correct the connection. He had that fixed in five minutes as well.Thanks so much for the great customer service! This will be our new location for all things AT&T. Specifically, Derek will be our point of contact.Thank you Derek. Great service is appreciated.
