I had the most pleasant experience at AT&T yesterday afternoon. Our sales representative George was very helpful and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable. I brought a phone in that I bought on Amazon to have it connected and unfortunately it was not compatible but I walked out with a new phone and service with AT&T as a very happy customer!

Alejandro was wonderful, super helpful and friendly! 5 stars!!
They sent me a review in text, and I totally read it wrong and hit the wrong rating.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. One of the associates—whose name I didn’t catch—was snappy and had a poor attitude. I left without getting the help I needed

I try to call 4 times through the day, and they let it ring 2 time and hang up

Please pay attention to your account before leaving the store. Our rep added Next Up on my account and told me my trade in was $700 and the receipt she folded in half has the value $130.

Had a 14-day free trial for AT&T air. It cut my internet speed in half so I returned it and they charged me a $40 restocking fee. I will never deal with AT&T again

The reason I’m rating this store with a single star is my experience I had this morning. I walked in there were 3 staff members sitting around and may I add no customers in the store. I needed to replace my SIM card as it was not working and the phone said no sim. What I find amazing is how quick these people respond with “we not able to help you will need to call customer service” I try my best to avoid calling customer service because it takes forever to get through to the right person plus instead of receiving the new SIM card immediately they would have to mail me a replacement. When I asked this young lady to call customer service for me she said she will not use her personal phone to call customer service and that I need to call. When I said this is your job she said no it’s not. I understand when other customers are waiting to be helped, but these three staff members were sitting around doing nothing. The manager rushed over just to confirm they can’t do a thing, he responded very quickly with the favorite words of “store policy does not allow us to help you if you do not have a physical drivers license with you”. I would’ve hoped instead of just sending someone away they would’ve said let’s call or have some alternate way of assisting, I had to confirm using my PIN code when I called customer service, why can the store not use the same system as their online service. I guess it’s a lot easier just saying we can’t help you and continue sitting around chatting and doing nothing. I was ready to cancel all our phones with AT&T but the customer service rep that helped me said he apologizes for the behavior of this store and he applied a $5 discount on each line for the bad service and frustration caused by the store

I would highly recommend avoiding this store. I walked in with a cracked screen and was sent across the street to a 3rd party repair company rather than being offered solutions. The screen repair was $380 which did not fix the phone. After visiting a different ATT store and evaluating options, we quickly learned this would qualify for an insurance claim and new phone. Insurance deductible was $150, but the $380 paid for the screen repair went down the drain.
